My first time in the store in a long time if at all, and I was met with a friendly face attached to patient and pleasant employee whom I found out later was the manager. She helped me with what I wanted and instructed other employees to take good care of me then and in future visits. Customer service is one of my most important considerations when it comes to repeat business..... and their's, was excellent.

We have been to a few different Subways and this one has been our favorite so far. We went in tonight and Robert was awesome! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very kind. We would go back to this location more because we know they have workers like him.

I had a fantastic experience at Subway thanks to the excellent service provided by Robert. Despite being new, his friendly and accommodating demeanor made it seem like he had years of experience. His exceptional customer service skills truly stood out, making my visit enjoyable and satisfying.
Not only is there no greeting when you go in, but nobody answers the phone. I tested it while I was in the store and the three employees were just standing around talking. The thing is, I had to call to modify my order and nobody picked up. I figured they must be busy or maybe the phone doesn't work, wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.Don't do that, at least not here. Phone was going off but nobody cared. Conversation was more important. Sandwich was wrong, didn't answer the phone, didn't greet when we walked in, just stay away from this place. The whole company is sub-par (get it?) but this location specifically needs new employees.
