This was one of the worst taco salad I have ever had. I will not be going back. It was bland and horrible tasting. Also I was charged for water. So ridiculous. Never have been charged for water. Terrible experience.

I just got the cinnamon delights.... They didn't have as much cinnamon as I would like... But they are the best!!! Get them next time you go!

Worst Taco Bell out there. Their prices are always more expensive than other Taco Bells. And they charge you to exchange out the cinnamon twists with nachos on the $5 boxes (which aren't $5). Do not go to this place. Take the time to go to other Taco Bells. This one is franchised and is not part of the Taco Bell organization. That is why they charge more on there food. Example there $5 Chalupa Box is actually $5.99. This place is a complete rip off. And that isn't even talking about the workers there. We walked up to the place to find the workers smoking right out side the door. Right next to the sign on the door that says "no smoking within 25 feet of the door.

This store is ran terribly. We came by for a late night snack through the drive thru about a week ago, the female taking my order wouldn't let me finish ordering, she kept trying to rush me through by interrupting me and not listening to my complete order. Also, there was nobody behind us, the restaurant was completely dead so clearly the employee was just lazy. When I told her I was unhappy with her customer service she then said “I can refuse service anytime.†She refused service because she was asked to have respect for her customers. These employees need better training or y'all need to consider hiring a new team.

No longer taking discover... They say they take it, but the card reader was saying card not accepted... No problem with the card as used it earlier in the day and went to another Mexican restaurant and got food there instead

The day time crew is absolutely incompetent to their job. I just got a taco & it came soggy & completely crumpled. A burrito we got was super thin and not wrapped properly with hard rice. Nighttime crew however never messes up this bad, ever. They're always on it, even when its super busy they always are on top of it. So if you come here come at night. Thats when its at its best.

Fast, always polite, quick to correct any errors. No problems this visit. The parking lot doesn't feed into the drive-thru like most Taco Bell parking lots. It dead ends without a loop around, which is an awkward set up. There is parking around the driveway, so be careful of cars backing out. The back parking lot drive feeds out onto the mall road & traffic travels very fast at times to make it tricky to navigate.
Worst experience ever. I go to this taco bell location a few times a month. Today was horrible. I get my usual meal of a nacho supreme with no beef sub extra beans. Today they charged me for the extra beans and there was hardly any on there. I also got a chicken quesadilla with extra creamy jalapeno sauce. Instead of putting it on my quesadilla they serve it on the side freezing cold.... what am I supposed to do with that? Also no recipet, no utensils and no napkins. Horrible experience. I doubt I'll be back.

This Taco Bell has the best employees. Any time I've ordered from them, they're always very helpful and kind. They're friendly. My food is always out quickly and the staff does whatever they can to help make sure that my order is exactly what I want.

The taco salads are good. I can't help but think the owner is equivalent to a slum lord. They are out of food, or the equipment isn't working. At this particular store, they don't accept Taco Bell coupons. Their phone doesn't work so you can't call ahead. The credit card machine doesn't work. I wonder what other corners they cut? I would recommend Taco Time or Del Taco.

Not a big fan of boiled bag meat. Their Steak Chalupa is decent though and they're nice was it okay. They currently have nacho fries which were pretty good.

I'm not all about writing negative reviews, just honest ones. The food and service are INCREDIBLY inconsistent. The manager is rude. Go the extra mile or two to a different Taco Bell for way better food and service.
