We had a large gaggle of obnoxious gals with plans after so we made 1130am res. No one else was in the restaurant, but staff. Took quite a long time for us to get our drinks and even longer to receive our pizza's. That is the only reason why we gave 3 stars. Being empty and slow service. Food was fantastic as always and a good lesson for the server to step up his sweet game. Will for sure be back!!

Via 313 never disappoints! The Detroit-style pizza is out of this world—thick, crispy edges, perfectly chewy dough, and generous toppings baked right into every bite. We ordered The Bobo Brazil, and it was incredible! The sweet and savory combo of BBQ sauce, smoked brisket, and pickles was unique and delicious—definitely a new favorite.
The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is laid-back but still nice enough for a night out. You can tell the staff takes pride in both the food and the customer experience.
Whether you’re dining in or taking it to-go, you’re getting top-tier quality every time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something beyond your typical pizza joint. This place lives up to the hype!

It was our first time trying Via 313. We met up with some family. The only thing that was an issue was being crammed into a booth with 7 people, it was a little tight. But that didn't affect our experience.

Really great pizza. They have Detroit style (I didn't even know this existed, kind of deep dish, a little Chicago but better) and also regular hand tossed style. All are delicious. And super friendly staff. Also a full bar and some good beers. To sum it up, when we returned to SLC for another ski trip my daughter said, “Dad can we please go to that pizza place again.”

Delicious pizza with amazing Gluten Free option! The gf crust was light and airy and so so good. It’s a gf taste that I haven’t had before. I can’t say enough good! (I would even enjoy it if I wasn’t gluten free!) The breadsticks were just as delicious and they even had a chocolate chip dessert gf option (we were too full but will be back to have that!). The manager, Justin, came and talked to us to welcome us as first timers. He (and our server) were very welcoming, friendly and professional. No wonder they are rated as one of the best gf pizzas in the country! Well earned.
