Delicious pizza with amazing Gluten Free option! The gf crust was light and airy and so so good. It’s a gf taste that I haven’t had before. I can’t say enough good! (I would even enjoy it if I wasn’t gluten free!) The breadsticks were just as delicious and they even had a chocolate chip dessert gf option (we were too full but will be back to have that!). The manager, Justin, came and talked to us to welcome us as first timers. He (and our server) were very welcoming, friendly and professional. No wonder they are rated as one of the best gf pizzas in the country! Well earned.

BEWARE that the "Order Online" button available when you find the listing through a Google search, increases the cost of a pizza from $16 to $26 (even though I picked it up myself!). I didn't realize that I could just order directly from the restaurant. "Toast" is a total Scam! 0 stars for Toast.

I think about this pizza almost every day. Their specials are great. Gluten free crust adds a few dollars but the best GF crust I’ve had.

this is the 2nd time i have tried VIA313 and i really want to like them but both visits have been fraught with issues and poor quality.
my first visit i was during their first week and we were met with a shortage of gluten free crust. i understand and accept shortages and do not hold this against them, although for opening week i would think they would have been more prepared. we were even given gift certs for a free pizza to compensate however it was still disappointing. we had sat for several minutes waiting for a server only to finally find out we couldn't eat. it was a waste of time that could have been avoided by a proper server at least greeting us and mentioning any notes from the kitchen. "hello, glad you are here! we are a little short staffed this evening however i will be with as soon as possible. we want to let you know we are out of (gluten free crusts or pepperoni or pesto etc.) tonight. Be with you very soon."
the 2nd time i decided to order out. i made my order, got a time and appeared promptly only to wait an additional 20 minutes because, as i found out, one of our pizza's had been dropped and needed to be remade. that is ok and i appreciate the turn, unfortunately the pizza that was remade was done sloppy and with no attention. there was one piece that literally had two pieces of topping on it. the other pizza, that was not dropped, was cooked on a dirty pan. how do i know? well, because my Detroiter tasted of cinnamon bread and the bottom was sweet from the glaze!
for a pizza that lists at $26 but ends up costing me $35 out the door because i added pesto and arugula, this thing should have been awesome. nope. three tablespoons of pesto and a handful of arugula cost almost $10 and then it is cooked on a dirty pan. wtf?!?
i have to drive from bountiful to visit this store and the two times i have tried have been horribly disappointing. if you cant even outmatch pizza hut then it is time to consider boarding it up.

The best pizza ever! I am typically not a fan of deep dish pizza as I usually find it too doughy. However, The Detroit pizza is crispy and light and very flavorful. Everyone here has been super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend giving them a shot.
