I just came from this Wendy’s on my way home from work, I felt extremely rushed after ordering my food, when I got home everything I ordered was incorrect besides 1 burger
I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese- no cheese
I asked for a grilled wrap with tomato and onion- not only was it wrapped messy, there was no tomato’s or onions
I asked for a small chili with cheese and onion no cheese or onions!
I have tried calling 4x with no answer, I was rushed through the drive thru with nothing but errors! It’s frustrating especially when I was there, no one was in front of me nor behind me, not busy and just called another 2x with no answer! Absolutely terrible service!

They added food to my meal against my will via the mobile app. I'd call it theft, because it very nearly is, but honestly it's worth just marking this Wendy's as unethical and going anywhere else.

Bad service gives me and my fiance an attitude even the manager was giving my fiance an attitude. I don’t appreciate that I ask for my order to dine in on the app and the put it as a drive thru order. That is not okay. I will not be coming back for a long while till they get their act together. They gave my fiance an attitude when she order a drink and a cheeseburger. They need to be re trained to treat customers like me with a big family with respect. And not attitude.

They never make fresh 🍟 fries. Every time I go and get a Dave's double. The fries are always hardened from sitting under the heat lamp way too long. Never fails. Laziness within the company. As customers, we shouldn't have to ask for fresh fries. Knowing that will just make the employee upset. Making some employees upset and can mess with your food in ways that can make you throw up. SIMPLY just make fresh fries, PLEASE.

The most grumpy woman made our food incorrectly then tried to argue with us and lied to our faces when we pointed out our order was done wrong. At least they remade the item.

I ordered seasoned potatoes this morning and they were HORRIBLE ! they were cold, stale, and the ones that weren't rubbery, were hard as a rock. Thanks Wendy's for wasting my time and my money. !!
