I keep trying to give them chances, because they are the closest burger spot.
But they continue to disappoint.

Today, in top of having ZERO customer service skills, they forgot my nuggets.

Multiple customer service problems at this location. Management says they are working on it... Doesn't seem like it.

Made my burger with expected quality 30 minutes before close at 1:30 am. Which is a lot to ask of a fast food place. Other places would’ve made it with worse quality.

I haven’t seen the team that handles drive-through in rush-hour almost like on stealth mode these guys are fast. You hardly see people in the drive-through. There was like five cars in front of me and they were out of drive-through in like less than five minutes the team is on fire

I ordered a bacon atort and it come with no bacon !! Also I was charged 29$im know I was ripped off.
I went there private one time and they charged me about $22 and that was the most of it and this time it was 29$ Also
The people were talking so obviously getting no burger

We go to Wendy's a lot, I have a 3 year old, so we know what to expect. We stopped for lunch today, and the toy from the kids meal was missing. I called to let them know, and I was hung up on. I guess we'll be going to a different one from now on.

EDIT: I have since gone back one more time and this time they put spicy chicken nuggets in my kids meal instead of regular
