Literally the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Horrible service. The person taking drive thru orders is busy doing other tasks so you tell them what you want and the person sits there for 3 minutes before replying. Asked for sauce with my biggie bag and was told sauce was 50 cents extra. Didn’t receive straws for our drinks and the person filling the drinks puts their hands all over the lids

The staff took my order paid for my order and then promptly forgot to give me my order. When I went out there 10 minutes later, the manager, made sure I knew she was in charge, and told me to just wait. This was 7:45 PM on 16 December. 5648 S. 900 E., Murray, Utah

We went to Wendy's tonight about 10:45 went through the drive-thru order a biggie and large the fries with cold ordered some chicken tender A four-piece did not get the chicken tenders called nobody answers their phone the lettuce is wilted on the sandwich very very bad service

All of the food items in my order were cold. The cheese on the burger wasn't even remotely melted and bun was stale. Fries were cold and overly salted like they'd been sitting at the bottom of the fry station for hours.

Their drink machine is putting out some disgusting drinks right now. I went back to get it replaced and the worker was not very friendly that she was giving me another drink that came out terrible again. Obviously it wasn't just one drink but the whole machine so did not return a third time. Also, what a waste of time that is for their already overpriced drinks. I'll go to McDonald's and get my large drink for $1

Holy disgusting! When did the Asiago chicken sandwich come with gross shredded lettuce, very little sauce and old chicken. To pay almost $10 for the sandwich and get the horrible thing I ordered I am so beyond disappointed. AND I waited 20 mins in the drive through just to have them forget the nuggets and sauce for the biggie bag I also ordered. I understand it is fast food but this was awful. Absolute waste of $25

Came in to order two frosty’s and a fry took about five minutes for anyone to acknowledge me at the counter once they did the dude took at least five minutes to take my order since he did not understand how to function once my order was in. they did not begin working on it. They decked around in the back. Complaining about customers not to mention the man that was here before me waiting for his order that they forgot to finish once I got my two Frosty’s and fries I asked for a sauce they then attempted to charge me $.50 the Nan in front of me finally got his food after 10 minutes of us waiting on top.
