Food was terrible. Dry buns on burgers and overcooked fries. I swore I’d never go back last time and this time o know why. Yuck.

Boooo! I spent 46$ here tonight and everything was old and nasty! They even told me they’re making something fresh and by the time I got home SEVEN MINUTES later, everything was hard and old!
Its very dirty location and quality food was very poor.

This is the third time I have attempted to order their mushroom and bacon promotional sandwich. Between having someone at the window who doesn't understand English, or having no idea what their promotional sandwiches are, I am yet again disappointed by the sheer incompetence. Stop hiring people who can't do their work correctly.

Worst experience ever tonight. Pull up to the drive thru. A couple of people were in front of me. I get to the intercom and no one helped me for a good 5 mins. I pull up to the window and tell them I've been waiting over 5 minutes. The lady at the window was so rude. Well you didn't pull up enough to ring the bell. I was pulled up as far as I could. I asked her if she wanted my business and she told me she was helping the person in line. The lady behind me. Never again. It's happened 2 times now. And to be rude and unapologetic.
Got a number 7 meal and it feels like I got a kids meal

I’m not the type of person to write a review, even if something is amazing or terrible. I wasn’t even going to leave anything, but once I found out they didn’t even leave any forks at all. The craziest part is they gave us 2 spoons and we didn’t have anything that needed it. The lady at the ordering screen and window was abismally disrespectful. I could sit here and completely type it out but basically, the screen said there was 3 $1.05 charges for my drink, I took apicture and tried to show (on the receipt it says Kharen, might’ve been the managers name) the picture but she kept disregarding me and telling me “is this your correct order, okay that’s what you’re going to pay. Would not hear me out at all and the manager had to come and print a recipt but the experience was absolutely terrible. You can see there was no care on how they conducted themselves. The old lady at the window was literally arguing with me and being disrespectful from the start. I don’t know if she was mad already, but it genuinely was uncalled for. Food was great. The old lady at the window seemed unpleasant for everyone. I would type more but now I’m bored of it.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! This is the worst Wendy’s probably in all of the America's. The lady that runs the drive thru is a beast! She is always so rude cuts you off before you are done ordering your food, doesn’t tell you your total and just says next window. I went there this morning for breakfast on my way to work, she barked at me and told me the power was out and they weren’t taking orders this morning. All the lights were on, the menu board lit up. Girl find a new job and Wendy’s do better. I won’t be back to this location ever, worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced, on multiple occasions. I get we all have bad days but this lady is having a bad day every day.

Zero stars, I can’t eat this and I just spent $10 for it. Taco salad should have meat in it. All you guys did was give me a jar of chili and greens. I think there was maybe four shreds of cheese & no guac? This is ridiculous, for someone who doesn’t want the carbs in my diet, taco salad is a great alternative and this has a zero meat in it w/mostly salsa and beans isn’t what I would call taco salad- and clearly a change from what you have been selling. So disappointing.

I just went through the drive through and this has been a problem for a few weeks now as it’s the quickest place I can go to while working. The attendants speak to fast and mush up their words while mumbling making it hard to hear what they are saying over the not so great drive through speaker. I have a hard time hearing in general and this made this trip worse as their screen they had was not showing what I ordered and I was told aggressively “just move to the window” without clearing any confusion. Keep in mind they haven’t said any total making me feel even more insecure about what I was getting. Once I got to the window I was met with “when I tell you to come to window come to window” followed by my total in a condescending and unfriendly tone. Lucky they got the order right this time unlike the other times in the past.

Put a stop to corporate greed, this is the last time I order from Wendy’s. My large, near 15 dollar ghost pepper sandwich was the size of a jr bacon….. I would have just ordered a jr bacon for a fraction of the price.
