Was great. Food a little pricy, but good. Wish there were more than 4 onion rings when paying a surcharge extra (from combo with fries) to get. But every thing legit, real meat burgers, real fries(seamed freshly cut)

Came here tonight for some ice cream w/ my family. Car hop service took nearly 20 min for two shakes and a sundae. They were busy and seemed to be hustling.
The shakes and ice cream were terrible. My son ordered a strawberry shake that ended up being rock-hard frozen strawberries just mixed in. My wife’s sundae came out halfway melted. I ordered a butterfinger shake where all of the candy was at the bottom (not mixed in).
I don’t know if it was just the time of day or what (they are usually great for lunch) but for $19 we should have gone to Handel’s.

I don’t know what happened to this place. Super disappointing. The zucchini was clumped together, thrown in the fryer and it’s raw in the middle. I’m mad that I tipped. The quality this time, was awful. We will not be going back. Not anytime soon, anyway.

It makes me really sad to see how poor the quality of food and service has become since Woody’s has switched ownership. Sure, they threw some paint on the building to make it look nice, but the food and service is suffering. We’ve come back multiple times thinking it was just growing pains with new ownership, but our experiences continue to be poor and we’ve decided it’s not worth the 20 min drive anymore. Today our fries were awful, some were huge and not cooked in the middle, others were thin and burnt to a crisp. And somehow the fries that were cut thick had a burnt flavor, yet were raw in the middle. I’m guessing the oil is pretty old. The ranch dip had hardly any ranch seasoning in it. And all of the sauce cups were less than halfway full. Glad we ordered extras. After we ate our meal we ordered ice cream. A baby cone, and one hot fudge sundae. We waited for 10 minutes and no one ever came out with our order so we left. We could see the young kids in the window chatting away by the take out window. We had obviously been forgotten. Which would be excusable, except for the fact that it was well after the lunch rush and there was almost no one else there. There are a few of the old staff members who are always awesome when we come, but most of the newer people don’t seem to care. I worked at Woodys for 4 years as a teenager, and have continued to be a patron for 20 years! This place has always held a special place in my heart. I was nervous when the Wouden’s sold the place, and this is exactly why. Goodbye Woody’s. It was a good run.

I can't actually even give this pace a 2nd star; this place was horrible.
I haven't been here in over 15yrs, and forgot why. Now I remember LOL.
Where do I start? We showed up, and took 10min to get an order placed; they said their internet was down, so we paid in cash. Didn't check, but they over-charged us on the 2nd burger by $3.
All the tables were filthy. Employees behind the counter standing around chatting. So I cleaned the table myself so my wife and I had somewhere seated to eat.
When the food was done I went and picked it up. It was completely in a normal timeframe. HOWEVER, I got a 1.5oz burger, I swear it was jr. sized patty on a full sized bun. Not even Happy Meal sized. Pathetic, really. The fries appeared to have been cooked in oil which hasn't been changed since before Covid, sometime in 2019?; super dark. I couldn't even eat 1/3 of them, my stomach was churning.
Unfortunately I would not eat here again even if it were free. The food was that poor. Good luck to you. Bring Peptol Bismol in the glovebox.

Ive been going here for years, My Mom worked here, My Aunt worked here and this was the spot we would go as grandkids with My grandpa before he passed and Ive continued this tradition with my wife as Its always hit the spot
However today is the first time Ive been back since Peter(Original Owner) sold his business to the new owner. Let me say I was very disappointed;
We walked in Staff was kinda ignoring the line of customers they had took them about 10mins to help the first person In line keep in mind there were at Least 4 of us in line waiting and watching them. Placed our order with ease, The boy with blonde hair had just got there to start work and immediately started helping the line after washing his hands Top notch service Sir🫡 We waited about 10mins for the food which is a wonderful wait but for the quality of food we received not so much, We ordered two Malibu Chicken Sandwiches,
The chicken is advertised as a Grilled Chicken, Upon taking a bite I was met with quite a bit of resistance, The middle of the sandwich was still a FROZEN!?! Consistency, If you are serving frozen chicken that is precooked you gotta at least de-thaw it correctly.
So I went to the counter and asked if I could get some bacon burgers instead because the chicken wasn’t dethawed correctly.
The Boy with Blonde hair apologized and was quick with getting a replacement going again wonderful service sir, You got some great work ethic, Give him a raise however After he let the back know they denied that it wasn’t thawed correctly(At this point I was in the lobby sitting and heard them all the way from the furthest booth) He said the chicken looks frozen; they continued to disagree and said “whatever” to remaking some burgers
Upon receiving our burgers, They were quite small and not at all what I remembered eating in the past. On top of that the bacon was burnt, My wife and I at this point didn’t want to bother them anymore ate what little food we had Enjoyed our Shakes and left.
Quality has gone down quite a bit and unfortunately I don’t think I will be returning. This use to be amazing food and From what I experienced today it is not the Good Quality it was that the previous ownership provided the community
