15/10 from the Hideout tonight! I have had some recent diagnoses that require several food restrictions. I was very nervous because of this but our server was super sweet and explained the items on the menu that I could have and was just really awesome about everything and made sure the kitchen knew my restrictions . And the Kitchen took different precautions to cook it safely. So they definitely went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you Hideout !! 💓
After tonight's experience I will not be going back. The fries were not cooked they were super soggy. I had to go up to the counter to ask to have refills in drinks. Service was very poor. Food was not flavored. I have eaten there multiple times and usually enjoy it. Maybe they changed something or it was just an off night but we waited over an hour for our food. All the beef we had seemed a bit off. My wife couldn't eat her hamburger and my daughter who usually downs her steak...read full review
