15/10 from the Hideout tonight! I have had some recent diagnoses that require several food restrictions. I was very nervous because of this but our server was super sweet and explained the items on the menu that I could have and was just really awesome about everything and made sure the kitchen knew my restrictions . And the Kitchen took different precautions to cook it safely. So they definitely went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you Hideout !! 💓

After tonight's experience I will not be going back. The fries were not cooked they were super soggy. I had to go up to the counter to ask to have refills in drinks. Service was very poor. Food was not flavored. I have eaten there multiple times and usually enjoy it. Maybe they changed something or it was just an off night but we waited over an hour for our food. All the beef we had seemed a bit off. My wife couldn't eat her hamburger and my daughter who usually downs her steak from there wouldn't eat it. all in all very unimpressed tonight.

We had the BEST experience here! The Salad Bar and Cheeseburger were amazing!! I highly recommend!! And Sweet Paula, who was our waitress was grrreat❤️

Went there for lunch sat 25 minutes that one waitress came by to give me a menu or water. I only have a 45 minutes for lunch. Very bad service.

Must visit Diamond in the rough! I enjoy every visit and I truly enjoy introducing my coworkers. Excellent food. Great atmosphere. The prices aren't bad and you will feel like you get more than your monies worth! Not one bad experience and I haven't found anything I do not love on the menu yet.

Hubs has eaten here before so we stopped for take out. Awesome beans. Baked apple just okay. Lovely chicken fried steak, tender and beautiful crust. BUT guys, to sully a beautiful steak with gravy from a mix? I will be happy to teach y’all how to make cream gravy! Even better, sausage cream gravy. That steak deserved better!
