Holy crap. People wonder why the chain is going out of business and i’ll tell you why. The service is awful, like awful the poor girl that was taking orders my 2 year old little brother did a better job. This was awful service and I hope it goes out of business

I had went to Payson Arby’s and they messed up my order. I was already heading south and couldn’t turn around. Nephi was amazing and fixed my order even though they didn’t have to. The employees in Nephi were so nice, helpful, and understanding. Which is not something you get a lot so good job to them!

The sprite tasted like dish soap water and when I called to have them check the machine they hung up on me, I wasn't mad about the sprite I just don't want anyone getting sick from it

Not great. Long wait, I asked for fresh fries, they were not fresh, had other fries in it and tasted funny. I think their fry oil was old
Loved the nephi Chevron/Arby's.. we stop there Everytime we go thru that town, to gas up with Chevron techron...... The Chevron also has a really cool app ...the 1st 2 times you use the app and fuel up using your Chevron app you get $1 off for every gallon you put in your tank ..it's awesome so if you put $50 in gas...you only have to pay like $25... I love the French dip at Arby's. Yum yum!
