I really like how clean this restaurant is. The environment is nice, the people are SUPER friendly and the food always tastes good. I love the chicken quesadilla with queso sauce and their salad dressing!
If you don't want to wait, avoid Friday and Saturday dinner rush. If you go during a rush, it's your own fault, so don't complain!

Nice new Costa Vida. Good food, slow service. Not sure if they missed the how to streamline the making a burrito day during training but it was tough to watch them flounder. It was clean, food was good, but don’t recommend if you want to get somewhere quick.

Pretty standard costa vida experience! Glad to have some variety around here. It can get busy during peak (lunch or dinner) hours. Always best to have your order made in front of you as these places hardly ever get take out orders right.

This is hands down the most consistently bad costa Vida I have been to. In the 20 minutes I waited for my online pick up order (after the pick up time) I could have just driven to the Payson location. Call ahead before ordering any drinks online because they don't have all of the options that they advertise online and on their menu. Double check your food before you leave if you made modifications because 9/10 times they don't follow the specifications like no salsa or no Guac. The workers are rude when you ask for anything to be fixed.

Edit: I called Costa Vida corporate to file a complaint and they said that they do not oversee this location and it is individually owned. They said they will still give my report to their manager and try to contact the location. I told him good luck contacting them because their voicemail is full and all of the times I've called I've never gotten though

We went in on a Saturday. Just more than 1 hour before they closed. They were out of raspberry sauce and the staff was too busy cleaning to help make our meal. So the line was long and one person out of 4 was helping the line. Not impressed. I get you need to clean but at the expense of helping the people here for food?

I love the freshness. The food and service is great. The employee checking us out didn’t have a name tag, but he was a hoot! It was an elderly gentleman with white hair. He had us laughing and having a good time. Gotta keep him around!

We eat coasta vida frequently in Boise, ID. We decided to stop at the Nephi location on our way traveling to southern Utah. The food was so good and fresh! We decided to stop a second time on our way back through and again, fresh delicious food. Also, bonus points for being open on Sunday!! Honestly our best experience at a coasta Vida! Thanks nephi Coast!

We were just passing through on a road trip for food so this isn’t our usual Costa Vida location. They were so so skimpy on the meat it was wild. we’re regular Costa Vida customers in Provo n Orem and never experienced that before. Employees were friendly.

This location has a very serious management problem, they just don’t care how bad their service is, every time I order drive through, my order came wrong, incomplete , missing something or adding something I requested not to add. The first few times I didn’t want to complain, but man! Every time I try this location again, is the same bad experience.

I can’t tell you how bad this place is. I waited 20 minutes in a short line for food even though there were 7 employees behind the counter. They weigh every portion before they serve it to the last bean. The bathrooms were dirty. The sink in the women’s bathroom did not work. The ice machine did not work. The tables were all dirty. The trashes were over flowing. I definitely will not be coming back here.

I ordered online, I thought it would make it easier since I knew I had a big order. Online said my order would be ready to pick up at 7pm... 7:20pm and they haven't started on my order yet... apparently the drive thru cars were here first... even though I... ordered... online... at 6:30pm... I wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in! Spent $70 for dinner for my child's birthday, and didn't receive my food until 7:30pm. Either the estemsted times at this store needs to change, or the people do. I probably won't be back. Burritos weren't wrapped, and none of them were labeled so we didn't know who's was who's. Whats the point to putting the name on the meal, if it's not going to be labeled anyway? But hey, at least they offered me a free small drink for waiting an hour for sloppy, mislabeled food. now I remember why I go to Payson.

Generally pretty fast… but today, sat in drive through for literally 40 minutes, trapped, walked inside and couldn’t tell why there would possibly be such a hold up, dining room was half empty. Wildly frustrating.
