I was pleasantly pleased with the whole atmosphere until Eddie from the back was asked to do something and mouthed off and was being insubordinate. Eddie is there to collect a paycheck and do minimal or no work (his words not mine). Avree was a gem! Greeted with a smile, Hustling with our food, and multitasking like a master.

It takes alot for me to leave a positive review. The girl in the drive through was a breath of fresh air! I wish I would’ve asked her name. She was probably in her 20s with dark brown hair and mentioned she has previously worked at chick fil a. I’ve been here several times in the past and it was a bad experience almost every single time. Either multiple things missing from my order, the works acts rude and inconvenienced, or just an overall bad experience. If this girl isn’t already promoted, she should be! I will be coming back just for her.

They gave the tiniest scoop of everything all while having a very small bowl as well. For the price I would say you're not getting enough food.

We were driving and wanted to make sure they were open on a Sunday. The lady that answered the phone at 10:54 said “”Hello”. I asked is this costa vida ? She hung up !!!! I called back once again answered Hello, I asked again if it was Costa Vida, she said yes, I asked why she didn’t answer “COSTA VIDA?” She said they don’t open till 11 am OMG SERIOUSLY!!!! Lose one star for customer service, Other then that food was good and customer service from the lady at the window was great.
Not exactly sure how the owner sees this as a great review. I did say food and lady at the window was good. But you would think they would have addressed the issue I did have. And say they would look into it and provided better customer service and better training !!! Unless the response was AI generated. Now that would make perfect sense

Food is usually good, but the drive thru is so slow. We waited 25 min for 2 cars in front of us just to give our order. Definitely order online if you are in a hurry.
Salad was mediocre - not a lot of meat, lettuce was pretty bad. Quesadillas for my kids were ok. Restaurant was a bit dirty, bathrooms not great and no soap
Ordered online. Receipt says no rice extra meat. The burrito had rice and no extra meat. They practically made it impossible to pick up. Had to show email receipt. I ordered online husband picked up. Also wasnt ready in the time we were given. Supposedly we were dealing with the manager and she was not a great one at that. This place has gone downhill!!

You’re lucky if they get your order correct whether you walk in, drive through or place an online pickup. They will charge you extra for guacamole and then not give you any. I am allergic to dairy and they put cheese on my entree almost every time (even though I request no cheese). The employees act like they have no idea what’s going on and a lot of the time they will just ignore you. So frustrating.
