I'm sitting in there waiting room for a online delivery I put in 30 minutes ago when I first walked in I tried the pizza portal and my code didn't work so I waiting for someone to help me for over 5 minutes as I watched all the employees just laughing in the back when someone finally came to help me I told them I had a online order and they asked if I tried the pizza portal and when I told them it didn't work she just said then it's not ready and walked off that was 20 minutes ago and now there's 5 other people in there waiting room and still none of us have been helped after this I will never get pizza here again this is a joke and there manager needs to get fired if she cant Manage highschool kids ive called to her multiple time and all she'll do is glair at me I would highly recommend you go anywhere else and save your time and dignity

Listen I’m not one to complain on the internet about things. You guys need to get your crap together! Put in an order in Orem ( for the Nephi location), showed up last night and nothing was done( after email confirmation it was done). Guys my order was there for wayy to long to not have ready. No sauce for crazy bread……. Well I paid for it! when i confronted the blond girl at the counter i got zero help. I feel bad leaving a bad review but come on….

Disappointed in the fact that you call and they don’t answer I get it if they were busy but you walk in there after you call and they have no one but 5 employees standing around is insane , dominos coming into town it will definitely take over

Waited on line for 30 minutes, once I got to the window every employee ignored me and my husband at the window for another 10 minutes. Store is full of employees just walking by the window. Very unhappy with the service. Do not go here.

I usually don't love little Caesars pizza but we were in town for a baseball tournament and wanted to get some for the boys after their game. We ordered the pretzel pizzas and they were really good. It was prepared fast. I was on a time crunch. I went in earlier than the promised time to pick it up. The girl making my pizza was friendly and hurried up the order for me.
Both cars in front of me waited…drove off, I went up, waited…& drove off. Ridiculous. No food, the wait was not worth it.

I would definitely recommend this place the food is delicious and if you are in a hurry or anything you could just order ahead and put a code in to get your food that way you don't have to wait in line the staff is very costumer friendly and they have a convenience store right next door so while your getting your pizza you could go next door and get yourself a cold beverage to drink or whatever you prefer

No hate to Little Caesars Pizza, just this place in particular. It's the worst Little Caesars I know. My pizza is always made wrong in some way, without exception. I've gone there often just because it's the most accessible to me. But I don't think I'll be going there anymore.
