Such a refreshing experience for a subway. Perhaps the most profound thing about this whole experience was that when I ordered a sandwich that had a specification on their menu they asked me if I wanted it “ as recommended” to which I replied, “of course” and then the staff at this restaurant were able to complete my order without any further input. ?

I came a little over an hour before close and whoever you have on shift sat in their car behind the store and hid while repeatedly playing your closed message an hour early. Fix your hours of availability or fix your staffs attitude.
Good food for subway and a convenient location. It is slightly irritating to have tipping overtly pushed when the service is slow and the wait longer than typical for a subway.

We were driving home from Thanksgiving vacation and decided to get off in Nephi to grab some dinner. We pulled into the Subway that had all their lights and open sign on but their door was locked so we decided to place an order online.We eventually got a call saying they were completely out of bread so they couldn't fulfill our order. They also said they couldn't cancel our order but yhey would talk to their manager in the morning and try and get us refunded.We never got a call back and we never got a refund. This was $50 of food. I don't know why they didn't have their open sign turned off if they were in there and unable to make any sandwiches but don't ever order online from them because you won't get your money back.

We always stop at this subway on our road trips. It's an older looking building right off the highway but the interior has been freshly renovated and the bathrooms are always quite clean! The staff is really friendly and they always seem to be with it. Plus you always get a free cookie! Nothing unique about the sandwiches here they are a middle of the road Subway sandwich.

The server was snippy. She was not friendly at all. I am a pretty easy going person and simple in my requests. But not impressed. Hopefully she was just having a bad day and doesn't treat everyone that way. I did not catch name.

This was a great little location in Nephi!! Customer service was superb!! She was patient and very helpful. The store was exceptionally clean!! I love the roof outside so people can eat in the fresh air!! Food was outstanding as well!! I got the all American club on rosemary Parmesan bread.
