I was so excited to get a crispy bean burrito, since I hadn't been to this restaurant for years. It wasn't as great as I remembered. It was cold and not as crispy as I feel it should have been. The service was great however and the employees were friendly.

Stopped tonight on the way home and I can say I’m truly impressed. The portions on the tacos was amazing compared to the Richfield location, because Richfield location seems inconsistent . The guy doing drive through was amazing and the service was fast and friendly.

They precooked the crispy meat burritos and tots. So they were warm and soggy. Asked about it they said it was only a few minutes before I got there. Sad cause I really wanted crispy tots.

Showed up at 7:25 and they say they close at 8, but they were clearly already closed. Super frustrated. There was a car in front of me and behind so they weren’t lacking for customers.

We waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru with no movement before deciding to just go inside. We ordered 1 item and waiting another 20 before it came out.
Like a few of the other comments said. The food here made me sick. After coming through after being down South, me and a friend stopped here to eat. We both agreed that the food didn’t taste right. The lettuce was bad, meat didn’t taste good and the taco shells were very stale. The customer service was also very odd, awkward and off putting. Do yourself and favor and steer clear.

The food is always amazing no matter what you order. Sometimes the service will take a bit long, but that's because this is the only place in Nephi who is willing to hire younger workers to help give them training and prepare them for the real world. please be patient with the employees, they're trying their best. If you want a recommendation, stuffed mexi fries, and the tostada crunch wrap EVERY TIME.
By far the best taco time I’ve been to and I live in Salt Lake where there are several. The burrito was huge and portioned right and the people were nice

We stopped in the drive thru- couldn’t read the sign very well- waited After we ordered for 1 hr- there was only 2 cars in front of us. I would have left but there was a car behind me?- poor management- there was only 2 workers! Then the teller opened the window and said here’s your $ back- you’ll have to go somewhere else to eat! Really?? I won’t be going back!!!!!

I'm a little worried to post this- I kinda don't want it getting out. This is one of the best damn Taco Times in Utah! Freshly made food and REAL portions! And they are open on Sundays!! If you're a Taco Time fan, you definitely want to check out this location.

We just ate there tonight, and 2 1/2 hours later my teenage son has violent food poisoning. The rest of us were fine but he ate a burrito with meat that has made him really sick. I will report to the health department in the morning.
