I came in Sunday morning. The bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels. I walked up to the counter and there were two employees sitting together in a booth (at 830 in the morning). I politely told them the bathroom situation. Then I waited. No one came to the front counter. I asked if they could help. Then waited. Then I asked if they could call someone and one said “they’re probably in back”. I left telling them I wasn’t going to give a good review, given the lack of service, without getting food. Seems you need to hire a better morning manager.

The food there was good, but the staff weren't very talkative and it might just be every wendys but there was only 2 sauces for 4 meals. Also only a couple of napkins, but overall I still got the right order so it's not bad.

While my son was visiting the Wendy’s in nephi, he used his card, it went through, he presented proof of the transaction going through. They told him they couldn’t give him his food because somewhere between the counter, they didn’t see the payment. He’d to Wait for it to be refunded. Which Takes one to two days. He is 2 hours from home. Do better Wendy’s

Total waste of money. Ordered a baked potato from this Wendy’s, and all I got was a dry, sad excuse for food with some chives thrown on top. No sour cream, no butter—nothing but disappointment. Three bucks for a plain potato? I can literally buy a whole bag of potatoes for that much! This place is a ripoff and a joke. If you enjoy paying too much for food that isn’t even prepared right, then by all means, go here. Otherwise, save your money and avoid this place like the plague.

Probably the nicest Wendy's I've ever visited. It looks great both inside and out, the staff were super fast with our order and enjoyed being able to sit outside in their covered outdoor seating.
