Hey the manager should be made aware that we came by at 1140 on Friday the 12th of April, so happy there was a place open to eat, and when we pulled in we could see 2 maybe 3 people sitting in the back talking, but they completely ignored us and the car behind us. Not even poor customer service, NO customer service. Quite disappointing.

I'm staring this compared to other Wendy's and fast food restaurants.They were working hard to get food out. It was busy and I had to wait eight minutes for an order for three people, but they were very nice, the order was correct, the food was hot and fresh and the restaurant was clean. I would stop here again.

Ultra slow service. Completely ignored at the register and told they wouldn't take my order until they caught up on orders. Ended up using the kiosk and still had a long wait to get our food.

I always recommend using the Wendy’s app for the fastest and best service experience. Eddie was working the counter when we went and he was super helpful and hard working. The food was ready quick and everything in the order was correct.

I love this Wendy's i'm basically live at Wendy's every food I eat is from places like this and I'll tell you right now whatever they're doing they're doing it right the cookie was baked to perfection. The bacon was crispy. The lettuce was fresh. The buns were completely soft and I'm telling you it's much appreciated. What a great location I recommend eating here and they're very friendly, thanks again. Have a nice day.

Easy to get to from the interstate. Service is quick, employees polite but busy. This may be our new stopping place when traveling from Salt Lake southwards.
Drive thru. I pay for a large fry and get a medium or small amount every time. It's annoying. I just paid an astronomical amout of money for fries and drinks. I should get at least what i pay for. But it's the only place in nephi I can get fries that don't make me sick. So I'll keep going back just annoyed. I'll be ordering small fries from now on. Geez

Physically, this is probably one of the nicest fast food restaurants I've ever been to. It's got super modern styling, covered outdoor seating, and there are a few screens as you enter. Which is all strange considering it's in the rather small town of Nephi. The food was also all good and made very quick. My reason for 3 stars is that when I came, it wasn't very busy, yet every single open table was dirty. I asked the girl behind the front counter if someone could come wipe them off real quick and she gave me a ton of attitude like I'd just greatly inconvenienced her.

My 6 year old son was so impressed by how quickly the food came and how nice the restaurant was, that he wanted to let everyone know.

Small-town Wendy's tend to be the best Wendy's. The one in Vernal is almost just as great. Very thankful we have one out here. They have come to my stomach's rescue on many occasions when it's late and everyone else is closed and I've been too busy working long hours or fixing up my house to get groceries or make anything for dinner. The food is great and ALWAYS piping hot. Much better than the Wendy'ses(?) up north in Davis and Salt Lake counties. The service is stunningly fast. Probably the fastest drive thru I've ever used. Staff is always super friendly and in a much better mood than you typically see at fast food chains. They greet and compliment my dog whenever she's in the truck with me. And on the one occasion that they gave me the wrong order, they corrected it very gracefully and generously without any second of question or hesitation. I'm a #6 spicy chicken w/o mayo guy. Most places are 50/50 of whether or not there's mayo. Not here. Never mayo. And the spicy chicken filet is more like a slab. Like twice the diameter of the bun. Lettuce and tomatoes are always crispy and fresh. Never wilted. Best Wendy's I've been to. Consistently great. Fries are great and never over-salted like is common at other Wendy's locations. Love it. So glad they're here.
