We were quite disappointed with how long it took without any heads up that getting a corn dog and drinks would take so long.

If you’re looking for a unique fry experience, this is *the* place to go in Cache Valley. I like to order a regular sized fry so I can get two different dipping sauces. I switch it up every time I go, but today I got the spicy aioli (more of a red/sriracha spice not jalapeño spice) and the Italian pesto sauce. Both were delicious and actually tasted really good mixed together! I am always surprised by the size of the portion, there are SO many fries! One of the best parts about the fries is that they’re fresh cut real potatoes, so you’ll get a nice little smattering of those super crispy potato skin pieces throughout. The fries aren’t crispy, so if you’re looking for extra crispy fries, these won’t provide that for you.It seems like they’re a little understaffed and the employee helping me today did a wonderful job of getting everything done. I feel I waited an appropriate amount of time for made to order fries. Thank you for being here Fizz N Fries! One of the best local businesses in town!

Service is terribly slow. Expect to wait 10 minutes even when you are the only car. Fries are terribly inconsistent. They are always out of things. We used to love fizz and fry and in the last 6 months it has gotten worse and worse.

This has got to be my favorite fry place in the valley. Not only are their fries good, their sauces really make the difference. So many good dipping sauces to choose from - our favorites are the garlic sauce, pesto sauce, and bbq fry sauce! Their drinks are great too, I'm all about the Woot Woot life.

We ordered chicken tenders for our toddler today and before I gave them to him I took a bite and the chicken tender was completely raw and pink in the center. We checked the others and they were the same. We went back and got a refund but I am still shaken up about it. Thank goodness I tried it before giving it to my child! It’s a serious health hazard (not to mention disgusting!!) and I hope they are so careful in the future, this is something that can get people very sick and shut down business!Giving points for service because the girl who reimbursed us was very apologetic and helpful.

Waited at the menu board but nobody would take my order so I pulled up to the second window and the worker apologized about the wait and took my order. Took like 5 minutes to make 1 drink and it is straight club soda. No flavor at all. Terrible customer service. That worker should not have a job there.

We went in today and ordered drinks, and fries. We specifically asked for shredded cheese-which we have ordered a million times before. When the fries came out it was not shredded cheese and when we asked if they could fix it they said that they could put the cold shredded cheese on the fries but could not warm up the shredded cheese. We needed duo just having plain fries but found it interesting that we have ordered shredded cheese before and never had an issue. Even though we didn’t end up getting cheese they never refunded us or did anything to make it up. Ans the floors were dangerously slippery, not wet slippery but just slippery. I do have to say that though the fires weren’t what we ordered they still tasted pretty great and our drinks were good too!

DO NOT GET THE SHAKE!!!!!! Just went and got a shake, I don't think that machine has been cleaned in a week! It tastes like it was put in there with a dirty dish rag. If this is an example of how things are here. Also got a drink and the Sprite is VERY bland and lacking even Sprite flavor. I wouldn't trust this place again! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Price isn't bad, staff is friendly. However, I can't get past the amount of SALT on my food. I really wanted to like it, but felt dehydrated just trying to eat my chili fries. Since it's my first time eating here, I may give it another chance, but WOW. Saltier then the great salt lake. I'm kinda sad about it.

I think one of the workers gives himself a tip because most generally my drink is around $4.30 but with him it’s a dollar more. He could be newer, because I haven't seen him before. But overall, this place is pretty good! Love the food :)

The person taking the order was very short with us and slammed the window after telling us to wait. We also found that they had dumped our fries straight in the bag and threw napkins on top.
