So me and my wife went in on a Thursday morning, it was just me and her there. We've heard many good things about this place so we decided to try it out. We both obviously got breakfast lol. The server was nice but the food was pretty bad, maybe it was an off day for them. And I always take that into consideration. But I couldn't get through my food or could my wife. We will be back to try it again, and hopefully I'm right that It probably was just a bad day. I love supporting family owned buisness,They only had one server that morning he was very kind. But the food was cold and honestly kind of soggy. Hopefully next time r come it's much better.
Great diner. We were greeted by the manager and got to know him a bit. Very nice man. We had breakfast and it was great. Server was attentive. We can't wait to come back on their seafood night.

Unfortunately Gracy's has been very disappointing the last 2 times I've been. Tonight my steak was thinner than a McDonald's hamburger patty. My sister's cod couldn't even be cut through with a knife. My mashed potatoes were cold and tasted terrible, sister's fries also cold. The owner came over and said the cod is fresh so it's supposed to be like that. Our meal was $50 for 2 of us and we ate 3 bites. It's too bad.

Stopped in for late breakfast / early lunch. Great selection of menu items. I chose the Philly Cheesesteak. It was fantastic. Great balance of shaved meat to onions and peppers. Came on grilled toast. That made it, 100%. Will be back. Often.Dietary restrictions: One in out party had dietary restrictions. Gracy’s team was super accommodating.

It was good but the prices are too high for what the two of us got & service was disappointing.I wanted to find a place I would go regularly but this isn’t the place.There was 4 tables being occupied & didn’t check on us if we wanted refills on drinks.

Best burger you will ever eat. My kids got the kids meal cheese burger and I had a bite it was the best ever. It was so good they couldn't wait for me to take a picture. I had gracys breakfast which is the best hash mix ever!!!!Dietary restrictions: I was able to change anything I didn't want.Parking: Great parking plentyKid-friendliness: My son is autistic and hates food. I've given this establishment three chances, ordering from them on separate occasions, and unfortunately, each time they managed to get my order wrong. While it's tempting to chalk it up to my own persistence, the recurring errors were disappointing.Attempting to rectify the situation, I called in twice to address the order mishaps. Regrettably, both instances ended with either an employee or a manager abruptly hanging up on me, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied.Seeking an alternative solution, I contacted DoorDash for assistance. To their credit, DoorDash promptly rectified the order errors and provided a refund, showcasing a level of customer service that was sorely lacking from the actual restaurant.In light of these experiences, I would caution against relying on DoorDash for this particular establishment. The inconsistency in order accuracy and unhelpful customer support instances make the delivery option less than reliable. On the flip side, considering dining in-person might be a more favorable option, as it could potentially eliminate the issues encountered during the delivery process. However, it's essential to be aware of the restaurant's limitations before making that decision.
