The food is delicious, but I’m rating 5 starts based on the customer service. They missed something on my order, just a couple sauces really nothing extreme so I called them to try to get my sauces.( I love the garlic sauce with their cheese pizza.) The manager apologized and let me know that they were training but they could send the sauces when a driver comes my way again. 10 minutes later they were at my door with a new fresh cheesy bread and 4 extra garlic sauces. Customer service is some of the best I’ve seen in a minute. Would rate 10 starts if I could

I had never been here but was always wanting to go and I’m glad I did. The pizza here is great. Got the all meat and it was delicious. They do a good job also making the crust super good. It’s always nice eating a piece of pizza and being able to enjoy the crust as well. Would definitely recommend and it looks like they have lots of good other options.

Great pizza. A cut above the chain competition. You can definitely get better pizza at an artisan establishment but this is great for chain stores. Price is at the upper end compared to their competition. Had 1 really bad delivery experience so far. Over 30 mins late on an online order put in the day before. And nothing more than a "sorry". I hope they get the service ironed out, because they get the rest right.

Marcos Pizza brought 34 freshly made and warm pizza at our away game at Green Canyon. The Marco Pizza driver didn’t have to but he stayed behind and help serve the Pizza, made sure everyone was fed as if he was part of our booster club. He also helped us clean up afterwards. The driver had a wonderful attitude assisting us out as “out of Towners’s”. His excellent genuine personality earned the 5 star rating.Next time I’m in town, I will definitely use Marcos Pizza again.
