Used to come to this one almost every day but the past few months every time I come in the crew seems like they have 5 less braincells then the time before. Nobody cares about quality anymore here they just throw it all together and call it good. The bread is rock hard and stale more then half the time and everything is rushed. Tell them to slow down and care a little bit instead of just slamming everything together. Il be going to the south logan store or Jimmy John's now Because why is my cheese melted ontop of the sandwich and not in the sandwich.

I think the AC was either off or broken. It was hotter than 80 degrees in there it seemed like so I didn’t stay to eat. This sandwich was the only thing I ate today and I’m pretty sure I have food poisoning now; my stomach hurts so badly. The gal running the drive thru was setting sandwich ingredients and sauce bottles on the counter where the sandwiches are built. I ordered the cold cut combo sandwich. The bread was so over baked that it was like eating a crouton. (Italian herbs and cheese). I asked if I could get one that wasn’t burned, but most of them were visibly black on top. The Diet Pepsi was getting so much co2 that it took more than 5 minutes to fill my large cup because I had to keep waiting for the fizz to die down. The two gals were nice, but seemed very inexperienced and very overwhelmed with how many orders they got (around 3 pm today). I haven’t had an issue at this location, but I’ve also never seen someone place meat and veggie ingredients like that on the sandwiches building counter at subway rather than just writing down the order on a slip of paper; so it makes me wonder just how much cross contamination was going on.

I went yesterday the atmosphere wasn't bad but the food was amazing and even looked appetizing, better than our experience at the south subway on main Street. The sandwich remained warm the whole way down and was amazing, even the protein bowl was amazing! I'm definitely going to go there each time I want subway despite it being the furthest one away.

Good Service. Usually pretty fast. There is a small seating area inside. Always nice and cool! I like that they also send out coupons by mail. They also have lots of condiments and sauces you can add to your sandwitch. Mix and match whatever your taste buds like :)

They were closing at 8, went in through the drive thru around 7:30, no answer. Only 1customer inside and 3 employees standing. Drove around twice and they didn’t want to acknowledge me. Sounds like they were in a rush to go home. Lost a regular, that was absolutely pathetic.

The north logan store is a joke. I ordered a salad from the foot long Boss sandwich and the clown put 2 slices of Turkey, 1 slice of cheese, a few pieces of spinach and 2 slices of tomato on it. For a foot long. I was told that I had to pay extra for more of everything and wound up paying 17.00 for the adventure. They also don't do military discounts.
the cheese was moldy and there were really hard bits in my chicken which was nasty. i’ve also never seen GREY rotisserie chicken and i used to work at a subway like i thought my subway was bad but this place was worse. i will not be going back

I am getting tired of getting dry bread. It hasn’t been fresh like it used to be. This place better shape up or I will stop going. Also it recently changed to only selling Pepsi products. I am not a fan. What about choice?

If I could give zero stars i would! I asked for a regular amount of everything ( except for pickles just wanted a few) and this is what i got. There are two extremely small pieces of rotisserie chicken. No cheese added like i asked. I wish I would have checked before I left town. I won't go there again! Make sure you check your online orders when you pick up before you leave.
