I made my request for sauce and specific items on the menu at the spot where I order and at the drive through window. And again when they handed me my food only to get home to find no sauce and they completely ignored my requests. This has happened multiple times. They just don’t care.

What a waste of $21! Got a 3 piece chicken strips. One piece could be considered a strip, the other two were hard, over cooked and nugget sized. Also got a Cordon Bleu. That chicken was waaaay over cooked and the sandwich was thrown together. I could only eat a quarter of it. So gross.

Everyone will ignore you and take drive thru orders right in front of you on the till for the front counter and ask you to wait over and over until no one is in drive thru. If someone is standing at the counter and has been asked to wait 3 times in an 8 min time frame... not fast food. Piss poor attitudes.

I'd like to come here more often but....did an online order and waited 15 min in the lobby while employees looked dazed and confused about how to put food into a bag. The manager was sitting at a table doing what looked like admin work when she probably should have helping.

Crinkle Fries were raw and the word “salt” was whispered 10ft from the fryer. Also managed to get 3 things wrong. Oh and dont bother ordering Sweet Tea, unsweetened and tastes like their tea dispenser hasnt been cleaned in months
Ordered uber and the food quality was unacceptable we couldn't even eat it. Spent 100 and got practically nothing out of it. Very unsatisfied.

We did an order with the app it was supposed to be ready at 11:45am we got there at 11:49 and they didn't even know where my order was. We also ordered 2 sets of the 4 for $10. They made us pull forward to wait for food. They acted irritated when we asked for different sauces then they put in the bag. They also didn't give us 3 of the cheese cups that I paid for so they had to go back in for them. When we got home we opened the cups and they were only 1/4 of the way full, extra cheese sauce is $1.29 each. Definitely didn't get my money's worth with the cheese sauce. Fries tasted old and some were to hard to bite through

Every time we have come here hoping it will be better but every time we are disappointed. The food is always cold and stale no matrer what we order. Hopefully we don't get sick this time. There's another arbys a few minutes away that we will start going to.
