Large fry that could have fit in a kids size and the beef and cheddars, all looked like the one in the bottom photo… I usually like coming to Arby’s I won’t be visiting the North Ogden location if they’re going to put food out like this measly display. Again Come on man… Had I have dined in I would’ve brought it up to the counter and asked for a refund… This was takeout and I had gotten home before I saw how disgraceful this meal looked. If I wanted to eat off the dollar menu I would’ve went to McDonald’s again Come on man…. Very disappointed…

It’s clean but no one answered at the speaker in the drive through. When they do the order is different sizes and wrong sandwiches. I have had cleaner type smell/ taste to food and haven’t been able to finish it because of that. Today we decided to try them again. Tried giving us a fish sandwich and not a roast beef and cheddar. Ordered and paid for a large meal too and they gave us a med. While the inside of the restaurant is clean they are slow and can’t get orders correct. Sad :(

Wow…super nice place. Friendly staff members. They really take pride in making sure this place is clean. Had the Crispy Chicken 3 Box Meal. Wow..tender chicken with lettuce and tomato on a bun. Curly Fries, Mozzarella Sticks, and a Peach Cobbler Treat. Perfectly made and presented in the box. Excellent Price!! Has drive through if needed.

I was helped immediately by the manager who was very nice. My food came out in a timely manner. The dining area was nice and clean. The sauce, drink and napkin station was also stocked and clean. Very good place to eat for a quick bite during your lunch break. I certainly recommend this place.

Husband ordered a Reuben Meal with curly fries and a drink. The sandwich had a good amount of meat and was a decent size. I ordered a Steak Nugget Bowl, shown on the menu as steak on top of mac and cheese in what looked like a black plastic bowl. Instead, the steak was in one paper bowl and the mac and cheese in another. Right off, the presentation was not what I expected. Then the meat looked burnt, dried out, truthfully not very appetizing, so I was surprised when the meat was tender, not dry at all, actually very good. The portion size, however, would not be enough for a filling meal for most people.

My family just went in there. The seemingly manager was yelling at the elderly lady who was working the register. Yeah, that's unacceptable. You never yell at elders, especially when you didn't give them a chair, even more so in front of customers. Unacceptable on that persons behavior. Miss ma'am, I hope your day gets better. To the person who was yelling at her, have the day that you so very much deserve

I made my request for sauce and specific items on the menu at the spot where I order and at the drive through window. And again when they handed me my food only to get home to find no sauce and they completely ignored my requests. This has happened multiple times. They just don’t care.

What a waste of $21! Got a 3 piece chicken strips. One piece could be considered a strip, the other two were hard, over cooked and nugget sized. Also got a Cordon Bleu. That chicken was waaaay over cooked and the sandwich was thrown together. I could only eat a quarter of it. So gross.
