Beans & Brews Coffee House

My husband has been inside of beans and brews for almost 30 minutes and he was only second in line. They do not prioritize anyone who walks in. Only the drive-thru. Will be sticking with our 12th st beans and brews from now on. They need new management here seriously! They served about 20 people in the Drive-Thru before they even paid attention to my order

The staff is amazing and super friendly, and the sandwiches are literally the best, the coffee is always good and exactly what we need

Iced Matcha is out of this world!!

One car in front of me took 15 mins to get my small coffee in the drive through. What are they up to??

Coffee came out barely warm too.

I don’t normally review tbh,. But the ladies that open normally during the week around 5:30-6am are so fierce. They’re always such a vibe despite it being so early. But I came to comment because the drinks are always consistent. I took a sip of my matcha latte and literally was like “oh my fuq, this is sooo good.” So I had to give the girlies a rating. Because no other beans and brews that I’ve been to has the same consistency in their quality.

Best coffee In Ogden

A cup of very average, small black coffee is exactly $2.98 after tax. Everytime I get coffee here, the lids don’t seem to fit the cup either, so some of my overpriced coffee gets spilled. Very friendly staff but cmon yall let’s get real about these prices.

Beans and brews is my place but I usually go to 12th st just now I went to north Ogden and spent $25 on 4 drinks I wouldn’t mind if it taste
Like a caramel cello but it taste like hot water! Then the guy that was helping me had an attitude because I asked for an extra small. I don’t see the reason why having an attitude when that is your job is to make coffee. Never again will I go back this is ridiculous! And I still tipped them ??‍♀️

Hot drinks are not hot in the winter. Cold drinks are not cold in the summer. Not a deal breaker but I do like my coffee hot

I had my boyfriend pick up a coffee for me while I was working. He ordered a large Frozen Mocha. We live down the street and by the time he got back to the house a quarter of the coffee was in my cup holder because the bottom of the cup was completely cracked. He cleaned the car then put the coffee in a bag to show them and get a replacement. Well then have him a new one, but in their smallest size. I ordered and paid for a large, not a small. I would expect to receive a large size replaced. They also did not give any receipt and at this point my boyfriend was frustrated and left. I tried to call multiple times to see how we could get this resolved if I could personally go pick up my correct size or if we could get the large refunded and pay for a small but their phone line won’t even accept calls saying it’s too busy.
