Why bother offering in-car pickup if none of your locations actually honor the pickup? Every time, at multiple locations, I wait for the pickup window to have passed completely, having already checked in, before heading in and once again finding my order in the "phone" orders and zero evidence on the receipt that in-car pickup was selected.

Don’t offer car side ordering if you don’t actually offer it. It’s tacky. I have ordered car side to go more than three or four times at this location and every time I have to go inside to get the order. If you don’t actually offer it, don’t make an option when ordering to begin with.
Not sure why your store says you close at 10 but you guys put all the food away at 9:30 and don’t allow customers to order food that’s very unprofessional.

Can't understand the negative reviews here. This has been my go-to favorite restaurant for years. Having been going here almost weekly for years, I can tell you that the food is excellent and I have had very few issues. The cleanliness could be improved a bit, but overall it has been a very good experience.
