Edit: it’s been a few months since we’ve been here but it’s not the same at all. Really sad. Ice cream tasted fake. Won’t be coming back.

update: since the new owners this place has gone downhill. They never have the flavors they advertise or many to choose from when you go in i reached out to the owner he said he'd let me know about a certain flavor and I never heard a thing back. It's unfortunate cause this used to be a great ice cream place.

Showed up at 8:10 on a Saturday night, placed my order and was advised they were closing soon. Was given my ice cream around 8:15 and sat at the table. The workers rolled their eyes at us annoyed, so we went outside to eat, and they turned the lights off as soon as we walked out the door at 8:17. Google tells me they close at 9:00, their site tells me 9:30 and their door tells me 10:30 but they closed down about 8:17 and basically kicked us out.

Ice cream was fine. What was disappointing is that the hours online clearly state open until 9:00 pm on Saturdays, and we arrived around 8:10 pm and the lights were off. When we walked in, they turned the lights on and only greeted us when we walked up to the counter and told us they were closing soon. They took our order and as soon as we left with our ice cream they locked up and the two employees left. In the 10 minutes we sat in our car to eat our ice cream we watched about 20 people come to the Cannery to get ice cream to only be disappointed it was closed. Probably should update your hours or put a sign. Sad for the customers who couldn’t get ice cream.

The first time we went, the ice cream was great. This last week, when we went, the texture of all the ice creams was off. Some were grainy. My chocolate ice cream looked like a melted/softened fudgecicle, very disappointing.

Love coming to this classic location for ice cream! The flavors are all really good from what I’ve had! They rotate there flavors so you have to come try the new flavors when they are in! Tried strawberry lemonade and the classic Oreo!

What happened to this place? i heard that it was sold a year or so ago? is it out of business? the last few times that we have went there, they only had 4 flavors and none of them were the good ones. they never have waffle cones and they are closed more than they are open. this place used to be the best. You may wanna call before you visit. its not the same creamery that you remembered. super sad, this was my favorite place.

Options for flavors were a huge disappointment. The soda machine was broken. I don’t know what is happening to this place but it was a huge disappointment. I will not be returning but I hope others still give it a try. It’s a struggle right now for all small businesses. The workers were super sweet. My milkshake was really good.

Super sad to say it wasn’t awesome. We used to love this place but today was a disappointment! We went because someone had given us a gift certificate and I’m honestly glad I didn’t have to spend my own money. They had a super limited amount of flavor options, were out of so many things. No cones, no napkins to be found. One worker who— showed up late. Website said it opened at 4 but no one was there until quite a bit after. The ice cream my daughter got honestly tasted a little rancid…she ended up throwing it away.

What could be a really neat place is, unfortunately, a huge disappointment. Upon our visit here, you find as many flavors that are out as there are available. Tacky hand written paper signs all over telling you the fountain drinks are out of order, and several others things, unavailable and not working. They try to make things fun with names and colors, but unfortunately, it's still just average ice cream with some add ins. We left with no desire to return or recommend this place.

been driving past this place the last few months and always wanted to try it. got there at 8pm and they had very limited flavors. their waffle machine and soda machine were out of order and they had no icecream or pies in the freezers. i ordered a regular sized icecream with vanilla and blackberry custard. my bf ordered the same thing but vanilla and blue raspberry. when we received our icecream neither of us thought it tasted good and it had a very artificial flavor to it. the flavor was very stale. the vanilla didn't taste like vanilla and the blackberry tasted incredibly strange. the blueraspberry was better but not by much. we ended up just throwing it away when we got outside bc it just wasn't good at all. im never coming back here, would give it a zero if i could.

We came on a Tuesday night and waited over 20 minutes for our ice cream. The poor kid was the only one working and definitely needed some help, I hope that’s taken into consideration for him!
