Takes long time, plus mixed my order with someone else's. Try to give me a shake mixed with something else told them to give me the right order and till gave me the same just re mixed and was obvious he just got something to mix because the machine was on the other side of the store from where he told my drink to re mix it and didn't even mix it right so I couldn't notice it

Whichever girl that has the long braided hair and was working the pickup window on August 1st is miserable and extremely rude. Had the worst attitude all because no body came to the first window to take our payment. Maybe she shouldn’t be working directly with the public.

I have had nothing but issues here, when my order was completely wrong I went in to get it fixed and learned it’s now a training location and was there excuse for why and that this is why my orders have been wrong for the last 5 times I’ve come here, this should never be a problem, don’t come to this location unless you want the opposite of what you want.
I ordered a icecream cone for my little ones. I asked for a extra cone so I could split it. The lady charged me 2.49$ for a empty cone. Usually they only charge me for a extra sauce. I brought it to the lady’s attention and she said they had to charge me the full price of a cone. I will order 2 cones next time with a water cup and spoon. Rip off for us who are living on a limited senior budget

We came inside to order breakfast right on the deadline, after paying I was told they threw everything out. When I asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere, they pressured us into ordering something else we didn’t want. Biggest fast food chain, and they don’t do refunds. I just wanted a McGriddle or my money back. 20 dollars wasted.
