This is by far my least favorite McDonalds in North Utah. Little care is taken with orders, most often they get it wrong. It always feels dirty and definitely dated. They could do with better management that has standards, but just an observation. We avoid this McDonalds even though we live close to it, we drive the extra 20min to Brigham.

No customer service anymore. And if it isn't on a button or an item they sell, there is no way for them to think out sidebof the box and charge tou for 3 ice cream cones all put in a cup and with just one cone they can throw the others away. To hard to think now days.

Professionalism has increased tremendously. Food is being cooked properly. Service is kind and considerate. Food is brought quickly.The only thing that could have made my experience even better Would be if I had some friends to share my experience with. It is too bad that I have nobody even willing to be my friend. But they're totally willing to look at my hundreds of honest reviews And be happy with knowing whether where they're eating is a good place Or not Anyways, I digressIt's not this business's fault I don't have friends. At least this business is doing good in the areas. It needs to be maybe 1 day I'll have some friends too Enjoy a meal here and there At this location. Until then, please keep being awesome. This McDonald's is ok, most of the time meaning it can be hit and miss. Our most recent order was a 'miss' in that none of the food was particularly hot, just warm. Meh. However, I'd say our luck here has been better than some other McDonald's.9-9-2022: still decent.12-15-2022: still ok7-7-2023: no changes11-23-2023: I do have to say that this McDonald's is so much better than the ones in Layton. They are absolutely abysmal. Comparatively, this one gets orders right and serves food quickly. Rating changed to 4 stars.1-25-2024: Still superior. This location. Provides good service. Again, contrast that with the two in Layton which are awful.
Drivethru was clear of snow, food was hot and done in good time. The only thing I wish they would've done differently is given me my total at the menu board 1st instead of at the window. They got about a $2 "tip" because I told the friendly woman to keep the change. (I still try to pay using exact amounts as much as possible. It became a habit 2 years ago)

There is a trend of ordering and paying for food you don't receive and aren't nice about it if you try to get the items you have paid for I'm not trying to make donations to McDonald's franchise
