Excellent variety of pizzas. They also have biscuit-in-the-bow pizzas for dessert.

It's a nice place for pizza as a buffet but sometimes the food can be a little old and I hope they can fix that for our next visit and there's an issue about families not watching their kids which can make navigating the restaurant a little daunting and the noise levels could be dialed down a bit but that's on parents not watching their kids rather than a dig on this establishment.

I'll be coming back, they have my business but, there's room to grow.

We have always loved this place, (especially when they used to give kids school coupons, and put coupons everywhere), but the last few times have been way different. Tonight at 8 pm, no pizza. My husband asked if they’re almost closing, they said no. He looked right at the pizza trays and they didn’t even get the hint. They saw him recording this, didn’t get the hint. People kept going up and walking back to their seats, he said. At least the pasta was good he said. (I wasn’t there but was ticked when I saw this video). For $15 bucks? I would have been on that right away! But he was just annoyed and left. I’m out of town so he was excited to go eat whatever he wanted, but the experience wasn’t what he hoped for, and everyone else I’m sure! He figured them seeing him recording, or basically showing them there was nothing to eat, would have been enough. Last time when I was there, I asked if they could make a peach pizza, it’s my favorite. They were out of peaches they said. It’s literally the only reason I personally go there.

We have been patronizing this location since it opened years ago. It seems like it has changed ownership or is being severely mismanaged. The past 7 or 8 times we have gone it has gotten decreasingly worse. The pizza is haphazardly thrown together and generally overcooked. It looks terrible right out of the oven and there is no enjoyment in consuming it. Many of the sauces on the pasta bar have been overcooked and are separated changing the experience dramatically. The salad bar has remained fairly stable. There was once an enthused and excited staff and the now the staff seems very disconnected and almost in a trance at times. There used to be a great energy with the staff and the restaurant that is just not present anymore. The restaurant itself has had very little upkeep since it was converted to a Pizza Pie Cafe years ago. It now looks dull, dingy and in need of a major refresh. The landscaping is all burnt up around the building and the overall feel is that there is no care or investment going into the business anymore. The original owner was always out on the floor, would visit the tables of the guests and see how things were going and had a great energy that he empowered the staff with. I have not see a manager on duty for a long time, at least someone that is not a teenager. It seems as if there is no management direction and there are just a bunch of teenagers running the place doing the best they can with not much understanding or vision. So sad to see this location fall into disrepair at every level. Pizza Pie Cafe in North Ogden has been a huge part of our family over the years, but unfortunately the days of its glory are long gone and we will not be going back and spending our money on a well below average experience.

This location has seem to really gone downhill. Food is mediocre at best... Pizza usually seems like it has been out for hours, the pasta was good but sauce was pretty empty, and salad bar seems a little iffy. The cleanliness of the whole restaurant is run down. So many crumbs and grease stains all over the seats and booths. The main issue is the smell! It hits you as soon as you walk in and makes it so hard to sit and eat. It smells like rotting sewage and fills up the whole restaurant. We left after eating quickly because it was so awful.

Not a good experience. Food was absolutely awful. Went with my husband and 7 year old on 6/25 and within and hour of leaving there we are knew it was a bad choice. All 3 of us woke up today with horrible stomach pains and just not doing well. Can’t eat anything as we still feel sick. I have no idea how people eat this and call it food. Definitely not happy that we got food poisoning. Incredibly low quality and just bad bad bad

When we first arrived, there were only a couple of dry slices left. But it didn't take long for new pizzas to come out. They were quite good. I didn't care for the dessert pizzas, though, not even the Oreo one. They had a brookie (brownie/cookie mashup) that was good, thankfully. Lol Even though the salad bar was small, it had all the essentials, and I loved it. The ranch tastes homemade (I loathe store-bought ranch.) The pasta was just OK, but my BIL liked it. I will be back!

We came right during lunch. It is very clean and well decorated. There was lots of pizza, nice and warm. We had a big group in the corner and they still kept up with us. I felt well cared for. It was a good time. The staff was also very kind.

This location has gone downhill majorly! First off, the smell of the place is down right nasty. It just smells DIRTY and rundown right upon walking in. My son didn't want to even eat there because of the smell, that's how gross it smells. The floor was so dusty and dirty, with actual dirt, that my daughter slipped and fell. The salad bar is gross. We had to tell them that their pineapple was fermented (yes, you read that right), and the beets were a rotting, slimy, mess. The lettuce was days past its prime and wilted to the point of not even being edible, yet it was still sitting out on the salad bar like it was ok to eat. The guy running the pasta station (which surprisingly happend to be the owner) was so unfriendly to every person that approached him. He acted like everyone was a bother to him. We were there on a Friday at 12:30, all the pizzas had been sitting for hours with only one or two slices sitting on the trays. Are they even trying to keep the business open?! I get times are rough right now, but you still have to actually CARE if you want your business to thrive! The only positive thing I have to say is that the girl at the front counter was very friendly. I do not recommend this location, try the Clinton location if you're really wanting pizza pie cafe
