I’m typically not one to leave bad reviews and I apologize if this isn’t the correct website. My complaint is about the Starbucks location inside Smiths North Ogden. Associate Alyssa was closing the store. I was in line at 7:47 pm and waited for her to finish doing dishes to be polite. She acknowledged me at 7:50 pm. Just to tell me that she’s closed. I asked her what time she closed and she said 7:50 pm. even though the website and the sign on the counter states 8:00pm. I understand coming close to closing time can be frustrating as someone who works in customer service but it is part of the job and people can’t always help it. She stated her boss Shelby told her it was allowed. I get that on occasions because sometimes life does get in the way, but surely there’s employees who are happy to close right at 8 and still clean as they go while they help customers. Typically I have great service with the team at this location no matter the time and the other staff associates would tell me which machines have been cleaned or what drinks they can still make, which is understandable as this is my third time showing up around 15 minutes before closing. She just didn’t want to help me and chose not to. Sometimes I get off late and can’t make it earlier. She did not have any respect or remorse. No apologies for the inconvenience or her attitude and when I asked her to apologize for the inconvenience and disrespect, she said “For what. Having a life outside of work. I have other things to do” and continued to argue with me and talk down to me for a few minutes, when she could’ve easily made my drink with that time. I’m not innocent, I was frustrated as well. But we all have to work for a living. If you’re going to be rude to your customers that help provide your paycheck, please seek another job. Thank you to every other employee at this location. I will continue to shop here as it’s closest to my house and job.

Laura is AMAZING! I came here with my boyfriend to get some drinks after a long day and she was so so so kind. I was unsure about a drink and she was able to lead me in the right direction and made sure I liked it. Genuinely the best experience I have ever had at ANY starbucks. She was awesome!!

I've worked fast food and I get it when there's a huge rush trying to finish orders, it can be difficult to get to everyone and sometimes you have to hold the line up front. However, if I'm cleaning or trying to close because there is no orders and a customer comes I IMMEDIATELY stop and take their order. There were 2 employees changing trash and mopping the floors and said nothing when I got in line. They talked with their friends who were lingering around as if I wasn't even there. They proceeded to finish what they were doing and after 5 minutes another girl got back from break only to clock out and say someone would be with me. Another few minutes passed of them cleaning before finally someone took my order. I got in line at 5 and they don't close until 7:30 and there shouldn't have been a rush to close. Honestly it felt rude and very inconsiderate of them to have me standing there watching them clean and talk with friends. I should've just left and not have wasted my time.

This is a bad location the employees are terrible and back talk to the customers they closed 15min too early on a Saturday afternoon it’s not even 8pm and I reported it to the regional manager for closing way too early and employees back talk is not appropriate it’s a very bad store here

Says they close at 8pm. Went there at 7:30 and the door was locked so we went to the drive thur and it said closed. While driving passed the window 2 workers were standing inside smiling at us. Do you have new hours or did you just feel like closing early...?

I can’t with this location anymore. Their closing staff are SO rude. Apparently Google is wrong and they don’t close at 8:00, they close at 7:30. I tried the lobby right at 7:31 and the girl standing at the counter shooed me…like ACTUALLY shooed me yelling “we’re closed”. I might as well just walk into Smiths and order because their staff are always friendly and they never get my drink wrong.

I really enjoy the Starbucks located inside Smith's at 2500 N in North Ogden. It's incredibly convenient to grab a coffee while grocery shopping, and the location is clean and well-maintained. Most of the staff are friendly and attentive, which adds to the positive experience. I’ve always appreciated how efficiently they handle orders, even during busy times.
The convenience of having a Starbucks right in the grocery store is a big plus for me, and the quality of the drinks has been consistently good. It’s a great spot to pick up a quick treat or your caffeine fix while running errands. Overall, I’m very happy with this location and look forward to stopping by whenever I shop at Smith’s!

I love comming here every morning they let me charge my scooter and even know me by name the staff are kind even on days I don't buy anything it's great place to go and I highly recommend it's great before work or just when I want out of the house it's my happy place and I love it there

I love this location so much, they have never been anything but kind when I go with family and friends or even just by myself. They have always made my day better with a pink drink that they have memorized by now! I go regularly and they have always made the experience one to remember. The management is always working and I’ve never seen a lazy employee, thank you guys for making this place one that I will continue to come to every day!

Move to Ogden a couple months ago from salt Lake there has not been one time I have ordered my drink which I usually get every single day for the past 12 years and they've gotten it right so this morning they sent me a cup of milk that's it just milk
