Ordered 4 sandwiches online. When we arrived, were told to wait in the drive thru and sat in silence for about 5 minutes until someone came back and asked us to pull forward. Sandwiches were all very poorly made, instructions not followed at all. Photo included of what was ordered on one of them and what it looked like when we opened it. Sandwich was light on meat, almost entirely spinach, dry, and had a generous single cucumber and tomato slice. This is by far the worst subway location we have been to.

Already had a review but thought I'd put a new one cause of my latest experience. I just went in today and while it was extremely busy the two guys working still got to my order in a reasonable time especially for the rush they were having, big props to them. Did mess up the order a bit tho, not a big deal tho especially since they were so busy. Either way the people working are always good every time I've come through. The foods is normally pretty good but above all else service here has always been good for me.

I never do reviews of places but i really felt this needed to be said and known. We will never eat at this Subway location ever again. Every time we have gone here in the last six months the customer service is terrible. Everyone is so put off on the night shift when we go in and order anything and not friendly at all. We went in yesterday in the evening & as we were ordering what vegetables we wanted on our sandwiches we noticed multiple small bugs flying all over the vegetable area and on the glass covering. We will never be back to this location- don’t waste your time!

Ording online is aweful and not worth the deals. My order was correct, except I asked for extra sauce on one of the subs because last time my sandwich hardly had any. They went way overboard. The sub was so saturated in sauce it was not edible and soggy.

Don't waste your time with this location... drive to the one by the freeway in Farr West instead - they are WAY better over there. Doesn't seem like this location is staffed very well, leading to the poor customer service I just received. Waited in the drive thru for 10+ minutes behind one car and then was told that the drive thru was closed, even though they helped the car in front of us. I asked her why she let me sit there for so long and she said there was a rush and that we had to come inside. I told her I would be going to the one by the freeway instead. When we drove past, there were just a few people inside! When we got to the Subway by the freeway, I pulled right up and was on my way pretty quickly without any issues because they were staffed properly and had great customer service. I won't be going back to the North Ogden location again.

We waited in the drive thru sitting behind a car for 10 minutes! We waited and when it was finally our turn we drove up to be told that they were closing the drive thru and we had to go inside. They had just helped the car in front of us and let them go and told us to go inside because they “were having a rush” there was 3 customers inside.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen in a Subway. Brought my family in to eat. Took over 40 minutes to get my food. The girls working were so put out that they had to make 6 sandwiches for us. I'm sorry for giving you more business. I will go anywhere but here again.
