It was 95 degrees (on the wall thermometer) when we walked in. The air conditioning wasn’t working. The staff were friendly, but it was clear that the owner didn’t care that they were suffering. We wondered about food poisoning from the meat sitting in such high temps, but the staff said everything was okay. Staff should not have to work in those conditions.

Waited in drive for about 10 minutes before anyone said anything, I tried to order three separate times and each time I was cut off, I tried ordering and they said fine and didn’t say anything for a few more minutes, by the time the woman came and finished my order she was very very rude, told me to come to the window before I was even finished ordering, nobody came to the window so I left. If I could leave zero stars I would, get better staff and learn how to talk to customers, makes people not want to come back to this location

The employees at this store are not friendly and are as slow as molasses in the winter. Even with many customers waiting, none of them showed a sense of urgency or regard to their customers. Sandwiches were all sloppy and lacking seemingly on purpose. Will not patronize again!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this Subway was extremely disappointing. The majority of the employees were loudly swearing and using inappropriate language the entire time I was there — completely unprofessional and uncomfortable for anyone trying to enjoy a quick meal, especially if you’re with kids or family.
The only redeeming part of the visit was one employee named Avery. She repeatedly asked the others to stop and tried to maintain some professionalism, but unfortunately, she was clearly being ignored. It’s a shame to see someone trying to do the right thing while the rest of the staff creates such a negative environment. Management really needs to step in and address this behavior — it’s not acceptable.

Presley made my sandwich. He was very fast and and good at his job, he was very polite the whole time and very friendly. Come here and get a sandwich made by this young man.
3 boys working last night were amazing. they were out of a lot of items but they still made it work! great costumer service and joking around with others in the lobby felt like i was hanging out with some friends!

Ordered 4 sandwiches online. When we arrived, were told to wait in the drive thru and sat in silence for about 5 minutes until someone came back and asked us to pull forward. Sandwiches were all very poorly made, instructions not followed at all. Photo included of what was ordered on one of them and what it looked like when we opened it. Sandwich was light on meat, almost entirely spinach, dry, and had a generous single cucumber and tomato slice. This is by far the worst subway location we have been to.

Already had a review but thought I'd put a new one cause of my latest experience. I just went in today and while it was extremely busy the two guys working still got to my order in a reasonable time especially for the rush they were having, big props to them. Did mess up the order a bit tho, not a big deal tho especially since they were so busy. Either way the people working are always good every time I've come through. The foods is normally pretty good but above all else service here has always been good for me.
