Omgosh, I have been eating at taco time for 50 years since they were on riverdale road. It was my first job. But, idk whose bright idea it was to change the crispy meat burrito but you had the market on the crispy. No one else does that, and you CHANGE it??? I know you’re a franchise and use the companies products but this is not a change for the good. It didn’t taste the same and the texture was different. Stuffed mexi fries are different and not as good. Please forward this to your chain owners. The service was good but I had to use a fire sauce from Taco Bell I had in the fridge because I didn’t get any sauce I requested. Idk if the chain owners are trying to save money or what but these decisions on food are not for the better. I will give it one more chance and hoping it was just my tastebuds this day. But if not, I won’t be back.

I took my kids to eat and the employees accused my son of doing graffiti on the bathroom wall and posted his picture all over Facebook from the cameras. My son is a minor, he is 13 years old. He literally went to use the restroom and came back out to eat and didn’t have anything to do graffiti with. I’m going to find out the name of the person that posted my child’s picture on facebook and I’m going after them for that and defamation of character. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE! Pathetic!

The employees that work here are highly inappropriate and unprofessional. They made a baseless (and very small) accusation about a minor that visited this location with their mother and decided the appropriate response would be to screen shot security camera footage of them and post it (anonymously) to a very public Facebook page of 30k+ people asking for help identifying the child. You very easily could have put this family in danger by posting them and asking thousands of people to help identify. This is disgusting and irresponsible behavior, and a big invasion of privacy.

09.19.24: The morning crew seems to be able to keep the food consistent. Actually the only Taco Time I like regarding the food. Kritik work the window today and was very pleasant, great smile and did a very fine job. 07.31.24 Update: Tried this again and the young lady (Rylee) was a nice change from my last visit. She was pleasant and made me glad I gave this Taco Time another try.

Kritik has been amazing when I have gone through the drive through and I even got a nice note on a napkin before I went to eat. Good food, Great service.
Well this was the second time eating at this Taco Time and wow! This time and a few months ago we got crispy taco that were soggy and warm not hot and the maxi nuggets were cold and soggy. I order a crispy taco and got a soft taco and the list could go on but why bother. We need to clean it up Taco Time! And the photo shows a safety concern.

I used to go here all the time being a north ogden resident and it was fine. I wanna say after covid it has gotten worse and worse. The food is dry, they open late sometimes, the little condiment bar is always closed and the people they hire are trashy. They have hickies all over and have bad attitudes and just overall have a bad vibe.
I think I've had my last burrito from this location. Hopefully they turn it around.
