I absolutely love Taco Time! But, this location was a big no from the moment we opened the door... they whole resturants was filled with smokey air and reeked of deep frying oil. The floor was soooo sticky, my shoes were nearly glued to the floor. The staff was so slow, not welcoming and the food was not nearly up to the standard I'm accustomed to from Taco Time. If this was the first time I had experienced Taco Time, I would never go back. This location needs a major over haul!

The last three times{which is once a week} I have come to North Ogden Taco Time. Lisa has helped me every time in the drive thru. Her voice is always so friendly over the microphone, she talks clear so you can understand her. Repeats your order back, so you know it was received correctly. In my opinion she goes above in service, but it’s genuine kindness.
My order is always correct and many other times in the past it has not been.
Ash and Cohen happen to be the others helping when I have come, they usually give me my order and also very friendly and nice.
I hope the owner knows what great people they are and how much they are helping their business.

We love the food, even after all these years. The prices have definitely went up a pretty decent amount, but its hard to find bean burritos, stuffed Mexi fries and crustos that taste the same anywhere else. Its the simple things. I came to leave a review because tonight we had the most amazing service from a worker there that ran the window at the end of the night (right at closing time). Seriously the most wonderful soul with the best energy. We loved it and are grateful. Thank you for making our night with your genuine and sincere attitude, your hilarious humor, your awesome curly hair, and your unique energy and service! Definitely the best experience we've had at a fast food place in a while and we truly do appreciate it.

We placed our order and AGAIN through Door Dash was missing items… the driver doesn’t respond I want to take back my tip! And this made right! Race Time fulfilled the order, sealed it, then the driver delivered it missing 2 crisp meat burritos… I feel this falls back on Taco Time, who supposedly filled the order for it to be delivered.. Unfortunately, Taco Time is at fault but Door Dash gets the blame…. We are an elderly couple who come in quite often including me passing out while placing my order and the paramedics called Shame on you!

Overly expensive. I paid in cash and realized when I drove off they didn’t get me change or the sauces I requested. Such a hassle to turn back around when it’s just easy customer service to give someone’s money back! Disappointed!

Tried taco time today for the first time in like 7 years and was blown away by the customer service and food I received. The woman with super curly dark hair that was working this morning was phenomenal. Way to hire someone who not only believes in the business and products but can also provide excellent customer service. The food was awesome and well priced too. I’ll be back!
