The lobby was filthy. There were no clean tables. They were out of ketchup. Even though they had a drink machine that should offer a hundred choices, over half of them were out of order. Service was slow and the lobby was so cold we were shivering. Do not recommend this Wendy's. Drive to another location!

I don’t typically leave reviews, and I never come late at night because I hate putting workers into stress at servicing late at night. But I did because i wanted a small meal after a family outing. The person who gave us our order was so beyond rude. Slammed the door in our face and didn’t even acknowledge the thanks yous and have a good night my dad, mom and I gave. I noticed they gave me the wrong nuggets. I asked for regular and got spicy. So we went back. Waited 30 minutes and gave up. They refused to take anyone’s order. I checked the Google time and they didn’t close for another good while. I know it’s hard to work late nights, which is why my family and I are always so nice to them. But between the wrong food (which is a reoccurring problem I see people posting about), the attitude and the burnt fries, I’m fed up with this place. Absolute worst experience as someone who has worked food before. I feel bad for the 3 other cars that sat there for 30+ minutes with absolutely no reply because they felt I guess; that it was in their right to not take orders at that time when GOOGLE says you’re open!!! I have been here during the day and it’s the same. Bad attitudes, disgusting food, and way long waits. Disappointed and disgusted. Do better.

I have never waited so long to get bad service and an incorrect order. Been waiting in line for 30 min. Lobby was open. Went in tried to order got told the lobby was closed but bros ...key didn't work . So put me back in drive through line for another 20 min and here I sit waiting for him to prob tell me they are closed ....update now sitting at the screen waiting to order. First thing he said was welcome to sonic I mean Wendy's can you give me a minute.. been here for almost an hour

My Daves Double had an identity crisis and came out a chicken sandwich. They cared more about the drive thru than anything else and orders were still coming back in. Just go out of business already please.

They completely ignore what you order and just give you the wrong thing...this has happened so much. I asked for lettuce and tomato on my sandwich and no onion and even double checked at the window, the young workers don't care, it's sad. The fries are always old and cold, taste so gross and the sandwiches never fresh or made right.
I've ordered the "saucy" nugs 3 times now and they have barely any sauce? We ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was so small and dry, this location is SAD, they don't care about quality or doing things right. It should be shut down and replaced with a better restaurant honestly.

Sad this store has gone down hill. Last two times I’ve gone they messed up my order and forgot items and this last time I went the employees were fighting during dinner rush. Sad to spend $60 and not get what you ordered and deal with this. And on top of that, you don’t get your receipt so if you’re missing items, they won’t replace it without the receipt even though you went through the drive-through and you go right in after they bring you the food and tell them what they missed And they act like you’re lying very disappointed in the service the last two times

Went through the drive thru, got home and they had messed up our order. We drove back and went inside to switch the item that was messed up. After standing at the counter for several minutes being ignored because another employee off the clock was chatting with everyone else, they finally noticed me. The manager I assume, made eye contact several time and ignored me. Finally an employee asked what I needed so I told her the order was messed up and she went to go fix it. I watched her fix the nugget issue then proceeded to fill a box of fries. I assumed she was doing it for another order but as she was putting it in the same bag as my order I said “no thank you, we already have fries”
Thanks for wasting our time driving back then waiting around to be noticed, then more time wasted putting extra things in we didn’t ask for.

Three orders three separate times. First no bacon on the Baconater. Second asked for no cheese. That nasty stuff was on my burger. Third strike sour cream and chive potato. No sour cream with the order. So done with North Ogden’s Wendy’s.
