I always love this place. They now have a QR code out front and you can order from there and it is ready in a matter of minutes. Everyone is always so friendly and the place always looks great. I have loved everything I have tried here

We have eaten in twice and received take-out twice. Every time it has been excellent!!!

If I could give negative stars I would.
I ordered food from the North Ogden location and somehow.. they claim it was sent to the location on Harrison Blvd.
Here's the kicker... I still got charge for the food I never got.
I will not be ordering from here again.
This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Edit: the owner has said that they have no way of refunding my money because they don't have a relation with the location they claim it was sent to.
Here is a screenshot of my order... Looks like I ordered from the right location to me.. So now, I have proof they either dropped the ball, or they are lying. Which is it?

Lately it’s only the food and convenience that keeps me coming back. The gal that has handled my last several orders is one of the most unfriendly people I’ve ever met. She said maybe 3 words as I walked in and placed an order to go. Doesn’t say hi, doesn’t ask a question as to what you want and just stares at you til you order, doesn’t even look up from what she is doing, then barks “be right out” when you’re done paying. She is clearly put out and bothered to be dealing with customers. From now on I’ll make the time and be taking myself to the other location. It’s a bummer that one person can make an entire experience so uncomfy that it costs the business otherwise happy customers

Ordered through DoorDash said the order was not made at the Marriott location it was made at the North Ogden location. The web description mentioned that it had rice, shrimp, and an egg roll with the lo mein. It did not come with those items it was Chicken Lo Mein alone. When I called the restaurant to verify the order we realized their web description was incorrect the manager was very rude about it. I let her know on my side what I could see and what it was saying. She kept telling me that I wasn't correct and telling me what I ordered. I let her know on my end showed something different. She continued to be rude. At this time, I asked for the manager which she notified me. She was the manager. She said I would need to talk to the owners to get anything fixed on the website. I asked for the number for the owners. She said she didn't have one. I asked how I was supposed to get in touch with them. She said to call back at the end of the month when they would be back in town. Very rude woman. I would not recommend ordering through the app just in case it does end up in their kitchen. In my opinion, somebody who decides to speak to people like that probably shouldn’t be managing a restaurant or customer service is very important. I have worked in the food industry, and I would never treat Customer like the way she treated me. I will call back at the end of the month because I do want the owners to know what a crappy person they hired to run the restaurant when they aren’t there. I have always enjoyed their food. Never had a bad experience, but this is a good enough reason for me to not go there. Definitely going to the one in Marriott Slaterville or going out to South Ogden area from now on.

I eat here often and normally it's a good experience but not this time. The cashier didn't know how to take my order. And the lady I assume is the manager was very rude to me. I won't be going back here ever again. And to top it off my food wasn't very good either.

Szechaun chicken was chicken nuggets and no vegetables. Ham fried rice had absolutely no ham or anything. All starch and no veggies. Then you tell them there's a problem and they ignored it and charged me full price.

I used to LOVE this place but, not anymore! Everything has changed. There is a new afternoon server, she’s terrible. It took her 20 minutes to come back and take our order, only 2 other people were in the restaurant and one was already eating. She just plain forgot about us, and the guy sitting behind us. She wasn’t helpful in bringing our utensils, napkins, salt, pepper or soy sauce. We had to ask multiple times and wait forever. Still only 2 other people in the restaurant. Now on to the food…. This place used to be set a part from other Chinese restaurants, the food was better!! This time, no seasoning or flavor and the schezwan was mediocre like everywhere else. This place used to have spicy schezwan that was crispy and had a garnish. Now it’s sweet and soggy. I’ll never be back. Oh and don’t get the wonton soup unless you are only wanting water as your soup. So I’m short, service is terrible and food is like any other run of the mill Chinese ??
And thousand island is their new “house dressing “ so if you were expecting a ginger peanut sauce, go somewhere else. That’s all :(

The atmosphere wasn’t bad but the vents were very dirty. The waitress was weird and never brought us our check so we had to go up and ask to pay. I literally took one bit of my beef and broccoli and it was all fat. Then I took a bite of the rice and got a huge hair. I almost puked I was so grossed out. I told the waitress she could take it back and told her that there was a hair and I would not be paying for it. When we paid it was still on there so I told them they needed to take it off because we would not pay for food with hair in it. I will never go there again!

This is some pretty good Chinese food. Really big fan of the Szechuan chicken and they have really good sized portions. The food was demolished before I could get any good pictures.

Food tasted fine but the staff is not very hospitable. We asked if the could make an adjustment. They said in a very aggressive tone. No we can't do that.

Amazing food, got the food delivered. The food showed up super fast and was very warm. The quality of the food tasted delicious, definitely worth going there. If you're looking for food that is yummy and quick this is the place to go.

Smothered in soupy style sauce, we tried 6-7 dinners. All togo. Service was fine , food was not. All were pretty bland.The fried wontons were probably the best thing we ordered
