The first time, there had a chicken fried steak breakfast . Was expecting small but was very satisfied with the size. The young lady that serving was vert much running from table to table. All in all will come back when in this area.

Stumbled upon Alice's Kitchen this Sunday. I am super happy I did. The food was amazing.. Had the chicken fried steak, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The gravy was excellent and their scones and cinnamon rolls were equally outstanding. I'm always looking for a good breakfast spot and this was it! I had one pancake and it was perfectly made. It smelled and tasted exactly how a home made pancake should. I definitely will be back and I can't hardly wait for that next visit. ❤️

Alice's is a top-notch truck stop diner. In an industrial park and smack dab in an industrial part of town, unless you are of the blue collar variety it doesn't look like a place you'd necessarily want to stop. Even though the place was packed at lunch service was quick and friendly. The menu is deep and priced fairly. The Spanish omelet I had was very good. Would not hesitate to come here again.

Excelent Americana Fare. Servings are generous and eat whatever's on the menu pretty much all day I think. Service is good, seating is snug and people are friendly. There's a trucker lounge & bathroom if you need it. And if you're counting calories you only need to eat one meal from here & you're good for the whole day! ;)Vegetarian options: If you eat eggs there's options for omelets or scrambles.

No frills diner. Did have to wait a while for our food and a few tables that came in after us got their food before us. When our food did come, both plates were burnt. Wait staff was kind but not sure if the food/environment would be worth going back to. Their scones were really good, though.

The food isn't bad, the prices aren't great. I like supporting local businesses, but I'm not sure about going back. Seems like there are better values around. This is really intended to be a diner for the truck drivers that work next door rather than a "regular restaurant".The pastrami sandwich was puny, the fries were good - really crispy.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly, diner for truckers, smells like diesel.Wheelchair accessibility: None. Has handicapped parking in front though.

Not one of our regular visit. We have been going to Alice's since it was Ramblin' Roads at old location. It has been on the slide downhill since.Meanwhile, Ramblin' Roads has expanded to 5 locations...

Visiting Salt Lake City and found an amazing truck stop diner. It’s in an industrial truck and railroad area behind the refineries. It’s a strange spot but wow the food and service is excellent!! It’s a no nonsense restaurant and the SCONES!I’ve had scones but these are to die for. Absolutely yummy. They are like a mix of french beneigh, pancake, and donut. The honey butter takes it to 11/10. Will definitely miss this place when I leave. The Mother Trucker and Chicken Fried steak was so good and generously proportioned. Delicious.
