Bruges Belgian Bistro Food Trucks Commissary

The food is ok, but I’ve given it a few shots and it’s consistently very over priced. One example, the fries don’t come with dipping sauce, they charge $1.50 for a little thing of fry sauce / ketchup.

Honestly the best waffles in the area. All of the ingredients are high quality. The service is fast and friendly and I would definitely recommend this place. Owners are from Belgium so you know you’re getting the real deal.

Don’t order online! I waited for my online food only to have them tell me after I waited forever that they were down. Take the sign off your food truck if that is the case!! I then had to order again with the food I had already paid for and had to wait forever in line.

I love Bruges’ food. I’ve visited the Downtown restaurant for years. However, tonight was my first visit to their food truck. Sadly, it was the worst food truck experience I’ve had. I ordered about $50 worth of food. I waited for about 30 minutes to get my order. As I picked it up, my 5 year old bumped one of the items and it fell to the ground. I let one of the servers know and he said he’d make me another. About 10 minutes after that I was told, no, I’d need to pay for it again. Fine. Whatever. It took another hour to get me a sandwich which consisted of a couple sausages and fries on a bun. Our 90 minute wait and $60 will be better spent elsewhere next time.

Way overpriced. I just paid $10 for a small waffle and two pieces of precooked frozen chicken...very disappointing.
