I am so confused how this place has any good reviews. I love Burger King so much I keep giving this place a try and am always disappointed. Missing the queso and street corn spread on my Mexican street corn whopper was an all new low. The service makes me feel like they are mad I’m there and the food matches that. Has the manager of this place just given up on their store being good? I don’t know how a location can be this bad….

Employees here are so incapable they can't even put sauce or queso in any form on the specialty burgers we ordered. Both burgers were the driest I have ever tasted. Avoid this location like the plague, the owner and managers should be ashamed.

Every single time we go, no matter how small or easy it is, it will ALWAYS be wrong. Even when the manager is watching the cooks, it still ends up being wrong. We have been comped meals MULTIPLE times for this reason, yet it continues to happen. Something is always missing AND something is made incorrectly.

I literally watched the cashier get an order of fries for an order, eat some, put them on the tray and serve them to the customer!!!! Order 95 at 12:45 pm today! Disgusting!

I agree with some of the reviews regarding management at this location. My experience today going thru the drive thru wasn’t really good. I pulled up, you can hear the system and then one of the employees says they’ll be with me in a moment. Then after a little while, someone else, who after pulling up to the window, I could see it was the manager. She wasn’t polite nor did had customer service skills, she said “how can I help you” then I said I had a coupon, she says “what’s that number” after reading it, she says “what to drink”, I replied, then a silence, then “hats else”, I replied by saying “that’s all”, the the response was as “pull to the window”. When I pulled to the window, you can see they’re not busy and then I can hear that the next drive thru customer pulled up and I can hear the manager greet the customer, saying “what can I get for you” which it was totally the opposite for me when I pulled up to the intercom to place my order. I’m assuming the greeting spill should be the same for everyone, regardless of you’re placing an order in person at the counter or the drive thru. Also as a suggestion, managers should check the syrup for the drinks, drinks are really sweet, other times q they’re tasteless.

We got chicken sandwiches and fries. Both weren't very good. The fries and sandwich buns were old. We had to get extra mayo just to give our sandwich some flavor. All the tables were dirty. I see people standing around doing nothing in the kitchen area when they should have been out in the dining area wiping down tables. This Buger King is always bad. Every time we think we'll give this place another chance we are very disappointed. Never again! This will be the last time we eat there!

... What has happened to Burger King? The service and food used to be good, now the food tastes like absolute, dried out garbage (even the bread is terrible) and the service is awful as well. And good luck getting them to get your order right. Always check your order before leaving because 99% of the time is wrong.

I'm not usually one to get frustrated with service staff as I know they are busy and doing their best. However, today while in their drive thu line(which was barely moving btw) I was next in line to order but the car in front of me only had like 3 feet to pull forward so I was nowhere near the speaker. They started repeatedly trying to take my order as I was yelling( because it was so far away) trying to tell them that I wasn't even in view of the menu yet. They just kept trying and then stopped right before I pulled up and then skipped me in line and took two orders in the adjacent line before turning on the speaker to say "are you finally ready to order". I said yes and gave them my order which was three items then they proceeded to ask me to pull out front so they could run the food out. That took an extra 7 minutes. What could I have possibly done better in this situation
because it felt like they were getting irritated with me and I just wanted to order my food and be able to see the menu and not be shouted at. Normalize cameras on the drive thru so the staff don't try and take your order from a mile away.
