Very disappointed like most Burger King their customer service poor. I order nice breakfast no crew at front counter , manager or assistant manger took my order they have buckets (2) of cleaning supply on the way , she was very rude feel like races to me , no greeting and on a bad mood to take my order . I am bought is I ask for more coffee she might replay with bad mood no doubt I ask for three creams and on mad tone â how many yo want â she donât even ask if I want creamer on my coffee or not when took the order . I wonât come back here if I donât have to . If they keep that employee she need training .and be more respectful .

I got food poisoning. Iâm guessing it was from the lettuce. My order took about 20 minutes to get. I was asked to wait around front. I went inside after 15 minutes to ask about my order. No one had any idea what I was talking about. About the 20 minute mark, someone brought me a bag. Turns out it wasnât my order. I was so frustrated that I just left with the bag. I ate the burger but there was fries or a drink. Unfortunately I spent the rest of the day vomiting over and over! The gross burger gave me massive food poisoning that lasted two days.

I am so confused how this place has any good reviews. I love Burger King so much I keep giving this place a try and am always disappointed. Missing the queso and street corn spread on my Mexican street corn whopper was an all new low. The service makes me feel like they are mad Iâm there and the food matches that. Has the manager of this place just given up on their store being good? I donât know how a location can be this badâŠ.

Employees here are so incapable they can't even put sauce or queso in any form on the specialty burgers we ordered. Both burgers were the driest I have ever tasted. Avoid this location like the plague, the owner and managers should be ashamed.

Every single time we go, no matter how small or easy it is, it will ALWAYS be wrong. Even when the manager is watching the cooks, it still ends up being wrong. We have been comped meals MULTIPLE times for this reason, yet it continues to happen. Something is always missing AND something is made incorrectly.
