As much as I love fizz- I’m fairly u happy with the service. A whole team of people took 30min to make one drink. Which they got wrong twice in a row. Most likely because one girl only ever talk as loud as she could. Look girly- you know who you are- and it’s sad that I’ve only come here 3 times in a row and know all about your sad n fake life.
I don’t wanna be ur friend I just want my drink and be off to work- used to be a great place I could ask for whatever I wanted but now when this one SPECIAL it girl is at the desk? I have to order whatever she’s in the mood for? Come on fizz get ur head together, that employee is why you guys lose customers.
She had a messy apron messy hair looked hung over and her hair wasn’t even tied back. Disgusting appearance and wasn’t even corrected by her manager? Ew- So don’t be surprised if you find a long curly blond hair in there 😕
Other than that fiiz makes great drinks. Just not this building in particular. If it’s your first time, I’d try the icy cocoa that slaps every time. If ur picky about sweet then aim for a tropical option ✌️

Please tell your customers that you intend to charge them $1.50 for a tap water even if they order a normal drink. To not mention it is borderline deceitful, since—ya know—who charges $1.50 for a tap water? Your associate told me she doesn’t usually charge people for water when they order a drink. She had no explanation as to why I was the exception to the rule. Just a weird interaction.

I have never really had any issues with this location until recently. I pass other ones just because this one is where my order will be made right. The last few times I have gone its not very busy, but everyone seems to be on edge and will act rude. I went with my husband in the evening a couple nights ago and the girls working the drive thru didn't seem to be paying attention, gave me an eye roll and talked down to me. Like I said, I've never really had any issues up until recently, and I know that some people just have bad days but it shouldn't be an excuse.

Ordered two chipper chandlers and they both were different. One was more mango flavor and the other was a chipper chandler. Chipper chandler is my favorite drink so I was a little sad when I didn’t get exactly what I ordered.

Today I went to go & get a little drink. I was very very disappointed when I showed up at 8:25 & the front door of the establishment was closed & locked! The hours of operation are clearly stated they close at 9pm. I’m usually not one to complain as I’ve come here many times & will most likely come again, I just will not be coming again for a while. I just had a distaste in my mouth from the experience. I live close & usually walk to get a drink.. I didn’t have a car to go through the drive thru. I stood at the door while the employees clearly looked at me still without providing service. 0/10 experience today. Do a little better & if your hours are stated as closing at 9, please close don’t close down 30 minutes early. It’s not a good look!!
EDIT: Ever since I’ve posted this review I’ve noticed the service has gotten much better. Love this location now! Thank you to the store for getting better
I have been to this location multiple times over the last few months. Each time something is wrong with my drink. I have been given normal soda instead of diet and flavors asked for are missing. Not much you can do as a customer when you tell them exactly what you want and they still mess up your order.

No contact number listed... Nutritional facts are not listed anywhere... No idea what you even put in your drinks. Some of them taste like they have 100+ grams of sugar... butterbeer cold brew taste like it had chunks and chunks of sugar in it.

Yes, I wanted a sugary drink, not a sugar free one, definitely did not want an extreme overloaded sugar one that had tons of chunks of sugar... I will try and ask if they can put less sugar...
