I saw a lady today that has been there for a while. It was nice to see a familiar, friendly face. I told her how I loved their pickles and she gave me one extra. Yummy! Your sandwiches are like no other

I went there last night with my two daughters. We walked in and there was a group of young men working between customers. They didn’t roll their eyes or act like we were interrupting their hang out at all which was a pleasant surprise. They were friendly and patient while we decided what to order. We decided to stay and eat there. I’ve had other experiences where all the employees are friends and treat work like their hang out spot and are rude, loud or obnoxious, I want to say it’s worth a review to say how respectful these guys are. When I made a second order for my youngest daughter not one of them made me feel like I was bothering them for having to actually work. We felt welcomed and were treated great. Really appreciate the service there. Thank you so much, these guys are all very hard workers and most of all kind and respectful which is rare literally anywhere you go, I hope whoever runs this store recognizes their ethics!!

Place was super dirty everywhere, staff were lazy, waited long for the food, & they put all the meat in the middle of the sandwiches to where the ends had no meat at all.

Damine was super friendly and even with a huge line got us out in a reasonable time! Will be coming back forsure!

I'm bummed. Remember when the sub filled up the whole box? I guess it's just the economy now. Cutting value but charging the same or more.

Walked in to order some sandwiches and the first thing the lady says o my god!!!! So we will eat somewhere else. Mind you only 3 people eating inside.

Food and service was great here. Always enjoy coming here but hearing people complain about the wait was annoying if you have a small lunch break I say deal with it. Brought my mother here to show her firehouse is better than subway.

Boy is that environment disgusting…Manager was nice guy but that place is unbelievably gross. As we were eating my wife even said it’s making her food taste worse.Employees had 0 care in the world and could tell they have no accountability from their managers…On their phone taking phone calls making customers wait, going out to their car to grab stuff… overall poor experience. Firehouse is great but this location is not it.

Came to get sandwiches just now and the employee was blowing big vape clouds right in front of the store when we pulled up then proceeded to go inside and make our sandwiches without washing his hands very unprofessional employee had gauges and a big beard/mustache. Then immediately after making my sandwiches then proceeded to go back out front and keep blowing big vape clouds right in front of the door.
