Firehouse Subs North Salt Lake

We love this location. We visit fairly regularly. The staff is pleasant, efficient, and we're happy with the sandwiches.

I consider myself something of a sandwich connoisseur.. and you guys this sandwich is got is WAY TOO GOOD 🤤 I got the MD italian.. 10/10 would recommend and I will be back for more! Well done!!

I only began frequentkng this place about a month or so ago but I have loved every sandwich I've had there. The staff are always open to give a sub suggestion and get the food out quick with a good sense of humor. I highly recommend this place

We attempted to get dinner from there. My wife tried to call in prior at around 8:35 PM so that I could pick up the order but no one answered. She called multiple times so I went over there and got there At 8:55 PM. They were already cleaning up. I tried to order. They said they closed at nine even though it was listed. It’s 10 on the door and it was 8:55. It appeared that they were just not answering the phone so that they didn’t have to make any more sandwiches seeing as they already started to clean up. The unfortunate thing is my kids really wanted that for dinner and it was a waste of time to drive over there to be told, they wouldn’t make anything because they had already cleaned up before they were closed.

Stayed across the street at a hotel. Love firehouse!

I think this place is ok. I hate the freestyle drink machine. I don’t like the was the soda tastes. My sandwich was great. Nothing special. Just a regular firehouse sub.

Trash service. 2 girls working there one with a giant hicky on her neck. Forgot my mac and cheese that i paid $5 extra dollars for and it ended up being Cold mac and cheese. Not welcoming. Both seemed irritated that we wanted to order food. Would not recommend this specific location for firehouse subs. Sandwich was mediocre

I saw a lady today that has been there for a while. It was nice to see a familiar, friendly face. I told her how I loved their pickles and she gave me one extra. Yummy! Your sandwiches are like no other

I went there last night with my two daughters. We walked in and there was a group of young men working between customers. They didn’t roll their eyes or act like we were interrupting their hang out at all which was a pleasant surprise. They were friendly and patient while we decided what to order. We decided to stay and eat there. I’ve had other experiences where all the employees are friends and treat work like their hang out spot and are rude, loud or obnoxious, I want to say it’s worth a review to say how respectful these guys are. When I made a second order for my youngest daughter not one of them made me feel like I was bothering them for having to actually work. We felt welcomed and were treated great. Really appreciate the service there. Thank you so much, these guys are all very hard workers and most of all kind and respectful which is rare literally anywhere you go, I hope whoever runs this store recognizes their ethics!!

Place was super dirty everywhere, staff were lazy, waited long for the food, & they put all the meat in the middle of the sandwiches to where the ends had no meat at all.

Damine was super friendly and even with a huge line got us out in a reasonable time! Will be coming back forsure!

I'm bummed. Remember when the sub filled up the whole box? I guess it's just the economy now. Cutting value but charging the same or more.
