Firehouse Subs North Salt Lake

Stood waiting at the take out counter being ignored for about 5 minutes when I saw a grubhub driver come up and get their attention and ask for his order. Turns out they were keeping the take outs including mine behind the counter instead of the take out rack, and mine was sitting there ready the whole time. Please acknowledge the people at the take out counter and stuff like that won’t happen.

The food was good but it is absolutely disgusting inside. The entry doors are filthy dirty. The men’s bathroom door knob is falling off. The sink in the men’s bathroom is more likely to wash your face than hands. The soda fountain doesn’t look like it ever gets cleaned. If I was the parent company I would be embarrassed! Food was good but had I seen the conditions beyond the front door I wouldn’t have spent my money there.

The staff was not very friendly. My tray had something on the bottom that was sticky and gross. My pickle had ice on half of it. The sandwich tasted off. All the tables were dirty. I've been to mini Firehouse subs but I won't go back to this one.

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for catching up with friends.

I love their subs!!! The service is always great, though sometimes it takes a long time to order because it's so busy. Online ordering works great.

The food was delicious with fresh toppings, and warm.
Service was friendly, it just seems that this particular location gets a lot of online orders so if you are dining in, it takes a bit longer to get your food.
The restrooms need work. One was completely out of order. The other was filthy and the paper towel dispenser is broken.
Outdoor tables looked like they had not been cleaned for a few days.

Food was great. Employees were great.

Store needs a good cleaning. While waiting for my food I noticed the baseboards were black with dirt, floors were also grimy along the edges. Racking in front of the counter was covered in dust and grime. Counter wall needs to be cleaned. Front windows were pretty bad.

One bathroom was out of order and the other bathroom wasn’t great. The faucet in the working bathroom needs to be fixed.

If the front of house is this dirty I can only imagine what the back of house looks like.

My favorite is the Hero sub.

i used to go to firehouse subs quite often(won’t be going again) i am vegetarian and get the veggie sub and today i found multiple chicken pieces thru the sandwich so i called them and i found out they don’t change their gloves when they are making a vegetarian sandwich after they had just made a meat sandwich and IT IS NOT VEGETARIAN IF YOU ARENT CHANGING YOUR GLOVES AFTER YOU TOUCH MEAT the lady i talked to on the phone was nice and apologized for what happened and told me they don’t change their gloves when making the food witch i appreciate very much but this shouldn’t happening when it is advertises as vegitarian

Firehouse always makes subs that taste great. This is my favorite sandwich place around!

I love firehouse but this location needs some help w customer service. I have to eat gluten free and their online app always says not available even though they have in stock. I’ve asked multiple times and they say they will let corporate know but it’s always listed as not available. I try to call on the phone and they never answer their phone so I can’t order a GF Sandwhich online or over the phone. I don’t want to go in in case the don’t really have it. But Jersey Mike’s always answers their phone. I love Firehouse but this location needs serious help for customer service.

Good sandwiches with a strong ethos behind them. A little slim, - and probably less fibrous than say spankys or subway, that's what my friend told me.
