Green Chile House is a gem with fantastic food and great service. The homemade salsas are top-notch, especially the green chili twist on the au jus. While a bit pricey, it's definitely worth it to skip Chipotle and try their spicy dishes like the Carne Asada Taco. The authentic New Mexican flavors make you feel right at home, with perfectly cooked chile that's hard to find outside of NM. If you love a good spice, this place is a must-visit.
