Green Chile House

I'm from Southern Colorado, and I've missed real, good New Mexican green chile. Not tomatillo sauce. Not green sauce. GREEN CHILE! This reminded me of food from home. Best green chile in Utah!

Ordered a number of items including two chips and salsa. Did t receive either of them. Called and they said they could do nothing for me. Such poor customer service. If I ran my business that way I’d be around for a short time. My guess they will be too!

I miss the Green Chile House food trucks! The physical restaurant is in an industrial area so I'm sure they get a lot of lunch traffic. The food is still amazing. My go to is the Green Chile Cheeseburger or the taco plate. I just don't get to enjoy either as much as I used to when the food truck came to my neighborhood.

Way over priced and not good food

This place fell off insanely hard. Some of the food still tastes fairly authentic. But they’ve gutted the menu, have RIDICULOUS prices, completely destroyed the vibe of the restaurant, the chips and salsa are bland, the portions were tiny, the food was soggy, and they don’t do free sopapillas anymore. When we went a year ago on a Friday at 6 pm, the place was packed and the phone was ringing off the hook. Makes sense that the place was totally empty at 6 pm on a Friday this last week. Real shame to lose such a good, authentic New Mexican restaurant.

This was delicious and well worth the drive. The street corn was hands down the best ai have had since chasing the guy around on his bike when I was a child. It is a must try!

So good! I tried their chili burger and it was super juicy with lots of flavor. The fries were also really good. I’d definitely recommend it!

My husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time in many months.
In the past we’ve had positive experiences and have brought both family and friends.
We found our table and sat. No one came to give us a menu and we had not received the traditional chips and salsa.
After about 10 minutes a person wearing exercise shorts came to our table and told us we needed to come up front to order. Oh ok- I order street tacos and they asked what I wanted in my taco and said one chicken and one beef. Husband had the enchiladas and the same question was asked and he said beef.
After we consumed our lunches we were given our ticket to pay - we were each charged an extra 2.60 for having beef.
It was never mentioned by the person who took our order that there was an extra charge.
Atmosphere- this used to be a lovely establishment with beautiful murals on the walls - all painted over in a bland gray paint. Also, music was playing so loud we could not hear each other or anything that was being asked us.
Finally, my husband asked what had happened to the previous owners and we were told they sold the restaurant.
We won’t be back.

They have good knowledge of gluten free and the beer battered fries are not gluten free.

The food is phenomenal... I ordered the green chili cheese burger and it was the best ever! It is so delicious. The fries that came wth it were so yummy too. And we also got free sopapillas the was very yummy... I can't say enough good things about the food here. The service was great. They were fast and just all around great! The place in general was very boring. There's nothing on the walls like no pictures or anything like that. It's just really plain and boring.
This is a must try place..

The chips are bland, stale and came out cold. The dipping sauce and uninspiring. The payment system asks for a tip without any service that would merit it, just begging for more money. Plastic utensils and a nearly empty napkin drawer. Horchata was too sweet. Tacos came out soggy. Smothered burrito didn't seem cooked through enough and was mid. Majority of its bulk was cheap rice. The taco salad was lacking lettuce. They did have both kinds of music: country and twang.
