We waited too long for them to take our order. The sandwiches were lacking - very disappointing!

Food was not ready at the time I was told to pick up. The restaurant was empty and no cars in line so it’s not like they were busy.

Inflation really got to them with their food, and portions. Spent more money on their brownies, and they are half the size from what they use to be. Overall their food is still good, but price of what you get is not worth it.

I’ve been to other locations - the food is generally good. But I will not be going back to this one. I’ve seen better real life vs. advertised comparisons at McDonalds. No ice and soda machine was flat too.

Usually the food is great. This time it wasn't. The club sandwich didn't have enough meat on it. The soup tasted like gravy with chunks of potatoes in it.

I had a breakfast croissant. So good! The person who took our order and brought us the food was very friendly and accommodating.

This location has got to be the WORST!!! I ordered three desserts that were available in the case so you would think all they had to do was reach in put them in a container and bag and I'd be on my way in less than 5 minutes tops. But no!!! I waited for 20 mins before I told them to just cancel the order and refund my money. Having to wait that long for something that's already prepared is ridiculous!!!!

I was excited to have Kneader’s after not having it in five years and moving away, but the service here was subpar.

Food took a long time to be ready, French toast was lukewarm, they were out of mushrooms on a Saturday morning, staff seemed unhappy, vacant tables were dirty, and women’s bathroom had no toilet paper.

I enjoyed Kneaders and found that their bread and food was all very fresh and apparently all homemade in house! I had a turkey avocado bacon on focaccia bread and thought it was very good! It was an easy laid back environment with self seating and the staff was friendly.

I am so disappointed in the ham sandwich that we had delivered today. There was so little meat on it that it was like eating a bread sandwich. I’ve said several times before that I was done with Kneaders. This is the last straw for me.

By far the very worst Kneaders in town. These guys take forever. Now hear me out. I love kneaders. I'd eat kneaders every single day if I could. But this location makes me hate the franchise all together. They take so long to do anything. They take forever to take your order. Then they take forever to forfill your order. Yes they're polite and nice. Which doesn't matter at all when you pay their prices for food and have to wait till old age to even get service. Because of this location. My column oath. I will not eat at another kneaders again.

UPDATE decided to give this dive a second chance and eww disgusting food the soda machine was literally dripping slime egg/cheese croissant was way greasy and left a gross taste in my mouth I will probably be throwing up shortly! I'm definitely calling the board of health as soon as I post this DO NOT EAT HERE! Horrible experience. Overpriced food. No meat on my sandwich! Rotten tasting raspberries on my wife's salad! I had a great dinner for $20 at Texas roadhouse. This place is a straight rip off! I stopped coming in here because of issues with pricing and portions here. And I love all your Oh no responses for your restaurants fails! I know how to deal with you people. You will never see another cent from me shame on you! For providing zero value for your money spent there! And for giving me the skimpiest sandwich I have ever seen! One stinking onion ring! I cannot believe thats what you call a sandwich!
