We use Kneaders in Bountiful for our monthly cateringa, round 30 box lunches, and they knock it out of the park every single time. The level of service and attention to detail is truly exceptional.

Our orders are always ready on time for pickup, and they go the extra mile to write each employee’s name on their box. Every custom sandwich order is prepared exactly as requested, no errors, ever. The fruit is consistently fresh, the cookies are always soft and delicious, and the sandwiches are perfect. It's rare to find this level of consistency, especially with large catering orders.

What really sets this location apart is the incredible team. They know me by name and treat me like an honored guest every time I walk in. They even bring the food out to my car, often before I’ve made it inside. They anticipate my needs, and if something seems off from our usual routine, they reach out proactively.

This month, I had emailed my order to Tiffany as usual, not realizing she was no longer with the company. I hadn’t heard back, but thankfully, Darren from the store noticed the missing order and called me directly to check in. He quickly connected me with the right person so the order could go through in time. If it weren’t for him, we would’ve had some very disappointed employees that day!

I’m beyond grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and reliability of the team at Kneaders in Bountiful. They make catering effortless and enjoyable, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers.

We had a fantastic experience with our Kneaders order ahead! Ordering was super easy and everything was ready right on time. The presentation was great, our order was exactly correct, and the cookies were absolutely delicious. They even accommodated a special request for a lettuce wrap, which we really appreciated. Couldn’t have been smoother. Highly recommend.

Today, was my first time trying Kneaders. I was excited to try it, based upon the historical good reputation of having high quality food made on-site, with fresh ingredients. For 25-years, I have been familiar with “Kneaders”.

I was genuinely intrigued. Upon seeing some of the menu items leaving the kitchen the food presentation looked promising.

Sadly, upon trying the food I was sorely disappointed with every product (entrees & desserts).

The sandwich was plain, dull, & dry.

Old Dry Bread, shipped in from some industrial bakery.

Pre-Cooked / Over-Cooked (dry) unseasoned turkey. On both the salad and the sandwich.

Low Quality Desserts (large chain grocery store equivalent). The mediocre desserts are pre-made, yet presented as if baked on-site.

Needless to say, this was my first and last meal at Kneaders.

If factory made food is your proverbial cup of tea, this place is for you. If you like Panera you’ll love Kneaders.

Much like the food the facilities maintenance were also equally disappointing. Dirty unswept floors, dusty ceilings indicative of unchanged HVAC filters, owners locked the thermostat at 78 degrees even when it is 100 degrees outside. Dining room trash bins overflowing.

Went to the drive through and asked for 3 small frozen hot chocolates. The employee confirmed 3 small frozen hot chocolates. After we had paid $12.30, the employee proceeded to hand us 3 small chocolate milks.

In order to not hold up the line, we parked and went in to speak with the employee and make sure there wasn't a misunderstanding. She proceeded to claim they were frozen hot chocolates. We informed her the drinks were chocolate milk, not similar to what we had ordered in the past, and there was nothing frozen about them. We asked how she made them, and she responded that she had mixed milk and the hot chocolate powder together.

She asked how they were previously made, we described it, and she offered to put whip cream and chocolate chips on the drinks. We accepted and left.

Really, the only reason I write this review is to bring to attention the need to train employees on what to do in order to communicate more effectively. Had the employee simply said they didn't serve frozen hot chocolate, that would have been the end of it. However, charging us a speculative amount for a drink that does not exist, and then delivering a subpar product is unacceptable.

First time coming to kneaders and this place is very similar to a panera bread! i got the combo which is a half sandwich with soup and a drink. i got the roast beef sandwich on a baguette. the sandwich was good other than the bread being just a little hard. clam chowder was surprisingly delicious. lots of clams and clam flavor.

the staff seemed undermanned so we were patient. despite being undermanned, they maintained professionalism and were friendly.

the vibe is again, similar to a panera bread and a cozy cafe. would come again to this location!

Just spent 27.67 for one sandwich, 2 small soups, (no extra bread for the soup) two drinks! Wow!!! Going to have to pass comming back. Prices are out of control.

Susan greeted us with above and beyond customer service. Later when she brought us our meal, I told her she’s got outstanding customer service. Then I was fortunate to meet the GM of this location. Wow! Darren is kind as well! He is managing one of the best Kneaders I’ve been to! Thanks for a great experience!

i got the veggie sandwich and it was $11
there is like 2 piece of onion is 1 pieces of lettuce, 4 piece of cucumber and the only place there is mayo is in the middle, barely any food besides the bread and avocado.

We waited too long for them to take our order. The sandwiches were lacking - very disappointing!

Food was not ready at the time I was told to pick up. The restaurant was empty and no cars in line so it’s not like they were busy.

Inflation really got to them with their food, and portions. Spent more money on their brownies, and they are half the size from what they use to be. Overall their food is still good, but price of what you get is not worth it.
