Shut their grills down well before their listed closing time.I asked for time to decide while in the drive thru and when I was ready to order they wouldn't respond on the speaker and ignored me when I went to the window.

Doesn't even deserve one star, yes it’s cute but the food it’s disgusting I order a salad and they got it all wrong didn’t have the right dressing and my boyfriend waited 30 mins for 1 sandwich I had my salad remade because I can’t have cheese which I told them. Don’t bother coming here!

We placed a mobile order to go sit down inside and eat our breakfast. It said it would be ready at 10:32 and it wasn’t ready until 11;10. We sat there waiting forever and people after us got their food before us. It was pretty frustrating. The food was also sub-par when it was usually great. I normally don’t write reviews for anywhere but I was a little frustrated and annoyed this time.

I was the only car in line and no one helped. I sat for 20 minutes and then decided to leave. Didn’t realize it had even been that long. I even called and asked what was going on and the person on the phone said they’d try to reach a manager. That was 10 minutes in. Waited an extra 10 and got frustrated so I went ahead and left.

Nobody working drive thru again. Even sat at the window for 5 minutes and was ignored. Then we left sad and hungry.

Great food and really good service. Keep it up!EDIT: Now it is 2024. The food is still great but it takes them 15 minutes to give you a cup of soup. I'm in the drive thru right now. Been here 20 minutes and the line has yet to move. They are just too slow.

What happened to the food and service? Have had several bad experiences with hair in the food, wait time and portion size. Are you under new management or getting greedy because the quality isn’t the same.

Service at this location has gone seriously downhill. Would love to be able to rate the food but you have to be able to place an order to do that! One group of 6 ahead of us when we walked in the door. After 5-10 minutes that group turned around and left as they hadn’t been helped or even greeted at the register. We proceeded to the register and received the same treatment. Weren’t acknowledged or spoken to by the 3 staff in the kitchen area. After at least another 5 minutes of being ignored we left too.The worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. This whole time 2 employees sat in the dining area talking, apparently on break. I don’t see this location lasting much longer given the decline in service. We went across the street to Zupas and the experience was night and day.

This low rating is mostly due to the customer service. Put an order in online. When picking it up the person putting the order together was extremely rude. After being asked to check that nothing had been missed from the order they became very irritated. Even after having them check the order and believing all the item were provided, one order had still been placed. Ended up having to drive all the way back to get the last order for another employee as the order was for an employee lunch. The same employee was again rude and disgruntled. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this Kneaders. The food was alright, however, the service was awful and not worth another visit.

I ordered a turkey cranberry croissant sandwich...ended up with turkey and cheese. No salad dressing for the salad or utensils to eat. Drive up window so didn't realize until I got home.

I don't normally leave a bad review and maybe they were having an off night but someone needs to tell the staff members to not serve rock hard avocados, and to tell customers when they are out of ingredients or menu items. Ordered a berry PECAN salad and it came with no pecans. The best part was missing:( It was a to-go order so I didn't notice till we got home and so I called and they said they were out. My partner's salad had rock hard (not exaggerating, wish I was) avocados. You can't service food that's not fresh/ripe. You'd think that would be a standard at a restaurant. Don't add them at all and tell the customer next time. This place was just overpriced for what we paid for. We wanted quality ingredients for a higher price and they didn't deliver tonight. I'm pregnant so if this seems overreaching just know I got cravings and expectations and that's ok.1/10/24Still no pecans when I ordered the berry pecan salad once again. Cmon guys!
