This location is horrible.I was standing in line with nobody taking my order for more than five minutes.Truly horrible customer service.I walked across the street to the burger king.Instead, people over here are not taking their job seriously.They're just in the back messing around its crazy dont waste your time here a whole woker passed by mw twice

Ordered 3 crazy bread and 3 sauce of course they only have 2, then I get my order, and the lady only gives me 1 sauce, then I'm sitting there waiting for a couple mins don't see anyone so i start knocking on the window for 5+ mins trying to get my other sauce, and of course I have to pay for it. Jeeze, wasted my gas money and time the least you could do is give me a free fricken sauce. The crazy bread is always good though, no complaints on the food.

Honestly if I could leave negative stars I would I came to this location at 11:48 to buy a pizza as I pull into the parking in front of the location this guy comes and locks the door which is outrageous because they close at 12 this guy literally saw me getting out of my car just to lock the door. This ruined my night because it was the closest place I could come to. I don’t recommend this place at all it’s horrible

My experience was horrible, I went here to get my brother a pizza and I asked for a pepperoni cheese pizza when I got to the window it was a Hispanic man that looked around his late 40s, I paid and he handed me out 2 pizzas I politely told him that I only ordered 1 he told me no that I ordered 2 a pepperoni, and a cheese I corrected him and told him that I did not order 2 I only ordered 1. He then proceeded to tell me that next time I come through the drive-through to just say pepperoni pizza and he was telling me that with a lot of attitude and being very rude I then told him that I already paid so I’d be fine just taking both of the pizzas. He stared at me, rolled his eyes, brought the pizzas back in the window and started doing stuff with the computer. After sitting there for five minutes. He handed me one pizza out and said he refunded it but the whole time he was inside doing stuff with the computer. He was talking crap about me in Spanish not knowing that I speak Spanish. I went home and told my brother this and my brother has had issues with the same guy my brother told me that he rolls his eyes at my brother that he talks to him with attitude and he’s just a real very rude to my brother as well. After I talked to my brother, I checked my receipt and I found out he purposely charged me for for an extra most bestest instead of normal pepperoni pizza. I’m just now reading the reviews because I wanted to see other people have had this problem with this man and turns out people are. I’m not going back until this man is fired because it made me very uncomfortable with how rude he was.

Got there at 11:50pm October 21st 2025 I get it it’s late close to closing I go into the drive through it was instantly rude I started my order with a pepperoni pizza and said next window and I replied I have more and it was silent I waited and kept saying hello and finally he said what angered I order some more food and I asked the the delicious Italian cheese bread and he just sad no next window so I get to the window and no words were spoken wouldn’t tell me the cost nothing he was a tall Hispanic male who ruined my experience and as long as he’s still there I don’t think I’ll be coming back it is very upsetting and annoying

We came in and got a pepperoni pizza and got home to discover the cheese and pepperonis were slightly crisp. I normally wouldn’t mind, but my son with severe non verbal autism, wouldn’t eat it. He is very sensitive on taste and looks. And sticks to repetition. Returned to the store and showed the staff the pizza. Aidan and Luis went above and beyond that the pizza was perfect! It might seem like a small thing, but in my life, it made a big deal!

horrible customer service! i went through drive through & the guy who was at the window was horrible. rolled his eyes when i said i had apple pay & didnt stretch his arm when he pulled the machine to pay. i had to open my car door to get to him. plus pizza was so cold. never going there again!

I avoid Little Caesar’s as much as possible but with all my children, I end up getting it too often and at many different locations. HOWEVER, our family just ate at this location and it was the best tasting Little Caesar’s I’ve had in over 30 years!

Oh my goodness it was good. Perfect amount of sauce and the pepperoni was crispy on top. This really tasted far better than fast food! Oh and not to mention our drive through server was funny and helpful about my car brakes!

My experience has been terrible since I first drove up to the drive thru! It’s 6:30pm the man taking my order was tall maybe Hispanic, super rude and disrespectful.

Twice he asked if I wanted to pickup or place an order TWICE I told him I wanted to place one only the second time he asked he gave me the rudest attitude.
I placed my order he barely lets me speak I wanted pretzel stuffed with pizza sauce and pepperoni like the regular one you can order through the app. He said okay let me see if they have it he came back said okay how many do you want I said two.

I got to the window, I said hey can I add some wings to my order he said how many, I said well I’m not sure if they come in like 6 or 12 he said “how manyyyy!!” I said I don’t know how much is the usual count he said HOW MANY OF THE ORDER OF WINGS!!? With the worst attitude so I said 1 I guess! Geez!

He left the window came back and then just asked for my card. Didn’t even tell me the price I said can I pay w Apple Pay and then he kept the card reader as close to the window as possible saying that he can’t disconnect it fine so I got out of my carrr and paid for it. He said I have to wait 15 minutes. I said okay that’s fine can I have a reciept? Will I have an order number he said No just wait upfront. MAYBE IF HE GAVE ME MY RECIEPT I COULD HAVE INMEDIATLY TOLD HIM MY ORDER WAS WRong but nooooo Mr. Sassy pants makes me wait 25 minutes for a regular pretzel pizza with cheese sauce which I DIDNT ORDER so this nice young man brings it to me I check my order it is not that, he said oh sorry let me go tell “him” I’m like okay.

He comes back outside and says sorry he told me to give this back to you and that you need to be more specific on your order.

I couldn’t believe it! So I explained to the gentleman man obviously he knew that was unprofessional of him to say but he’s following order I guess anyways I explain to him that’s not fair I DID SPECIFY he said come to the window I did, he didn’t repeat the order, he didn’t give me a reciept that’s not on me.
He goes back inside, comes back and says okay he says u can either take this pizza or wait another 15 minutes. I said well I still want my pizza so Il wait.

I waited 30 minutes that time, received my pizza the young guy apologized sincerely we spoke and he said yes so sorry I don’t know what is up w this man I herd the way he was speaking to you through your entire order I’m so sorry I don’t know why he’s like that.

Anyways I get my pizza leave and the pizza is like Luke warm? But the breading was overcooked? Idk I swear they just took the cheese and stuff off of the dough, and then remade it popped it in the oven for a sec and then made me wait on purpose for my order.
