We had a fun time with our kids touring Mrs. Cavanaugh's factory. They were very generous in giving samples to taste! I warmly recommend visiting the factory not only for a tour, but to buy your delicious, fresh and hand made ice cream, chocolate and chocolate gift boxes from the this factory store. Prices are great!
Took a great tour and wonderful customer service!
Fun and a joy to try the chocolate.
Great tour! I learned a lot about this family own business and about chocolates!
Amazing. I don't often find good coconut chocolates but I found them here.
Very friendly staff. I liked that they had small bags of candy that my grandchildren could shop. Everything tasted good.
The Chocolate factory tour was fun and only $5, $4 of which they give you back as creditnin the store. I bought some chocolates, and ice cream, both were delicious!!! I'll definitely be gone by back for some Christmas presents.
It was really disappointing! I scheduled the visit more than a month in advance, and we clearly discussed that there would be additional people joining the tour, although I didn’t know the exact number at the time. They told me it was fine and that the extra participants could simply pay upon arrival. However, when the group showed up, they said it was a misunderstanding and didn’t allow everyone to take the tour, even though I had called twice before the visit to confirm that everything was still okay.
They were really nice and helpful over the phone, they were able to reschedule the visit, but, it’s sad that they said one thing and then weren’t able to keep their commitment. Truly disappointing.
I wish I didn't like their chocolate confections so much.
The nicest people and the GREATEST chocolate!

I had a fun time with my daughter and my Grandkids we loved the samples and tour of the factory!
$5 tour with $4 back for ice cream or treats. Can't complain much for a $1 tour, but didn't love it. There were a lot of people so we couldn't see anything through the windows while the tour was going. 10+ minutes of video. We got ice cream at the end--I usually love ice cream. Was very displeased with the cookies n cream, cookie dough, and peanut butter cup.
Touring Mrs Cavanaugh’s chocolate factory was fun!! My 7 year old LOVES chocolate and had this on his summer bucket list. We had never even heard about such a thing but I randomly found it online while searching for cheap ideas to do with the family. I would suggest this to anyone wanting something fun and different to do with the family! Plus you get yummy chocolate and ice cream, can’t beat that!!
I've been here a couple of times with rowdy kids and they are always so kind and accommodating
this fieldtrip was so much better then they last time we went learned alot more about the factory
