I eat here at least once a week! Their food is second to none and so is their Customer Service .
I have turned my kids onto One Noodle as well!
The spicy garlic edamame, and Gyoza are my favorite as well as their yakimeshi (rice)!!!

Great place good staff wonderful food a must try spot

A cozy hidden gem in a strip mall in a quickly developing area of North Salt Lake City. The service was friendly, patient and consistent. The food was exceptional - especially for what I expected could have been basic counter service however it was a dine-in establishment. The price point supported the value of the meal. I gladly would visit this location again, or try other locations in hopes that they are as good as this one.

They speedran terrible service. Me and my girlfriend got in at 8:00. (A whole hour and a half before closing time) The restaurant was completely empty with the previous group just barely leaving. The waitress sat us down and gave us our menus. About one minute later she returned and we got water. then she asked if we were ready and we said no. To which she then rudely exclaimed. "It's because you weren't looking at the menu!" As she turned around to clean up the table of the previous customers. She couldn't even look us in the eye as she insulted us. We left because 3 minutes in, we were already being yelled at by the waitress. As we were walking out of the restaurant she was holding the waters we ordered, we told her that we're going somewhere else as she was too rude and my girlfriend was very embarrassed. I'm sure the food tastes great as soon as you're not being insulted for wanting to decide what you want to eat.

I ordered online for pickup Togo: side edamame, coconut shrimp and Rich Rich ramen; everything was fresh, hot and super delicious. Ramen is incredible, everything in it tastes and looks incredibly fresh, especially the soft boiled egg. Coconut shrimp are amazing, not rubbery or overcooked and perfect balance of sweet&salty.
Very happy to finally try this place, exceeded my expectations and definitely a go to for traditional style ramen!

I recently visited this noodle bar with my family, and our experience was exceptional, thanks to our incredible server, Fay. Fay's service went above and beyond anything I've experienced before.

I ordered the chicken tatsuta ramen soup, which featured crispy chicken and an incredible ramen flavor. To accompany my meal, I had Jasmine hot tea, which was a perfect pairing. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our visit.

Thank you, Fay, for making our day unforgettable, especially since we're not locals. Your hospitality and kindness made a lasting impression on us.

I placed a pick up order and got the Volcano miso ramen and added bean sprouts onto it. Let me just say it was absolutely delicious!!! Normally when I get ramen I order extra noodles but decided not to this time and good thing because the one serving with all its toppings was very filling I even have some left over! The quality of everything was amazing and it all tasted super fresh, and honestly their seasoned eggs are the best eggs I've ever had in my life it was mind blowing! When I walked into the restaurant it had a great atmosphere it looked beautiful, very friendly, and efficient staff! I'll definitely be going back, One Noodle Bar is now my new favorite ramen restaurant ?
