This location has developed a nasty habit of just leaving the pizzas wherever and not knocking/confirming delivery. So it sits outside for longer than it needed to and gets cold/ stolen.

Worst place I’ve ever tried to get food from. DO NOT WASTE YOURr TIME or MONEY! They made us 49 minutes for our food and when we arrived to pick it up they hadn’t even started the order nor notified us that they were behind. They were going to make us wait almost 2 hours for 1 Lg pizza. The general manager named Brad was absolutely rude. He basically kicked us out and said everyone has to wait even though we DID wait for almost an hour and they wanted us to keep waiting. This store either needs to be restaffed or closed. It’s absolutely unacceptable the way they handled us and I’m sure we were not the only ones.

Did an online order showed up when it was time… they said it would be another 10min I was okay with that. Now I’ve been in the store for over 45min a still haven’t got my 1 pizza… don’t bother ordering here unless it’s delivery they put ALL other orders on the back burner…. 45min in store is crazy! After I placed my order an hour an a half before I showed up and at the time given.

I am a doordasher and Brad the general manager has yelled at me for not having a pizza bag this is horrible service he shook his head and said "if you don't have a pizza bag then I will not give you the order then he went to go get the phone and completely ignored me I recommend don't come here ever all you will get is bad service dashers beware of Brad the general manager thanks.

Super friendly and thoughtful employee who completed our takeout order of a variety of 6 pizzas and bread sticks. We told her we were having lunch with our family member who had just flown home from Stanford Hospital after 105 days and receiving a Heart Transplant! We asked her to put the pepperoni in the shape of a "heart" on the pizza, but she did better than that ! See picture of our "Heart" pizza! Kudos to Papa Johns for hiring awesome employees like her!

When we went they told us that it would take 45 minutes to deliver the pizza. Very delayed.
delivered with burnt crust and multiple large bubbles throughout out top of the pizza, not sure how this would even been sent out like that for delivery.

Ordered food about a month ago, first time ordering from this store. Food was late, food was cold, got the wrong food, and i was charged for several sodas but only got one. I called later in the week, talked to a young guy who said that he would make a note of it and that they would make it right. On Tuesday, i called to redeem this, expecting to get my prder replaced, as nothing at all was worth the price i paid. Juan spoke almost no english but was positive that there was no record of me ordering. At no point did juan ask for my name or confirm my phone number. Today, i called again, finally got a manager. I told her that i had NO MONEY as i started a new job and am between paychecks. She said that they would replace part of my order at a discount, not including the sodas i paid for but did not recieve. I told her again that i do not have miney and if she going to charge me to forget it. She agreed, said she understood and then gave me my total. Hold up, we just covered this. I told her that if she was going to charge me to forget it, and she just charged me anyway. Just to rub it in that im in a tough spot. She heard me tell her that i was in a jam. She knew that i got plain ripped off, didn't get the right food, got cold food, didn't get the drinks i paid for, got lied to and blown off by juan because he didn't want to deal with it, and still she played her little game with me. I asked for a corporate number and she said that they didn't have one. These kids at this store are simply lazy and entitled and dont want to work or listen. Just avoid this store. I want my money back. I was ok with a replacement I was even ok with half being replaced. But this is just insulting.
Edit: The manager just called me to accuse me of lying.

This is why I have trust issues!! If there were an option for negative stars then I would be all over it. Waited more than an hour for this, ordered on the app and the manager Juan suggested I should call them instead so this shouldn’t happen! All he said was that he voided the cost and to have a good night, I knew I should’ve just got a Digiorno pizza ?.

Good overall. They had the order ready right on time and no issues whatsoever. The only complaint I have is this location itself. Parking is very confusing in relation to the actual store and it is very easy to miss it.
