I've always loved papa John's pizza. I personally thought it was the better pizza joints than dominos and Pizza Hut but after i ordered a large zesty Italian trio pizza. The first 2 slices made my chest hurt. Later i ate another 2 slices and ended up throwing all of it up in the middle of the night. It was a complete waste of my money to order from here. But hey on a good note the customer service at this location was amazing. They maybe just need to take better care of their ingredients so they don't spoil like mine obviously did.

When we want a decent pizza we are happy to go here to get it. The prices are what you would expect, but the family thinks the pizza are pretty good. We also tried the jalapeno bread sticks for the first time and my kids loved them. I also order 3 pizzas. the only thing I didn't like was between the delivery fee and the expected tip, it would have added $20 to the cost, so I went and got them myself. Cost me 15 minutes and maybe a dollar in gas, no longer worth having it delivered. When I did get my order, it was ready, the guy there was very nice and friendly, even swapped out my ranch so it wasn't warm. it was very nice of him to do that.

This location has developed a nasty habit of just leaving the pizzas wherever and not knocking/confirming delivery. So it sits outside for longer than it needed to and gets cold/ stolen.

Worst place I’ve ever tried to get food from. DO NOT WASTE YOURr TIME or MONEY! They made us 49 minutes for our food and when we arrived to pick it up they hadn’t even started the order nor notified us that they were behind. They were going to make us wait almost 2 hours for 1 Lg pizza. The general manager named Brad was absolutely rude. He basically kicked us out and said everyone has to wait even though we DID wait for almost an hour and they wanted us to keep waiting. This store either needs to be restaffed or closed. It’s absolutely unacceptable the way they handled us and I’m sure we were not the only ones.

Now I’ve been in the store for over 45min a still haven’t got my 1 pizza… don’t bother ordering here unless it’s delivery they put ALL other orders on the back burner…. 45min in store is crazy! I am a doordasher and Brad the general manager has yelled at me for not having a pizza bag this is horrible service he shook his head and said "if you don't have a pizza bag then I will not give you the order then he went to go get the phone and completely ignored me I recommend don't come here ever all you will get is bad service dashers beware of Brad the general manager thanks.

Super friendly and thoughtful employee who completed our takeout order of a variety of 6 pizzas and bread sticks. We told her we were having lunch with our family member who had just flown home from Stanford Hospital after 105 days and receiving a Heart Transplant! We asked her to put the pepperoni in the shape of a "heart" on the pizza, but she did better than that ! See picture of our "Heart" pizza! Kudos to Papa Johns for hiring awesome employees like her!
