They delivered my pizza looking like this, I wish I would of realized it before taking a slice , there was also mushrooms in some parts and jalapeños when it’s supposed to be a plain pizza really disappointed

Best tasting takeout pizza. The crust is consistently perfect, savory, chewy. I love the parmesan cheese and garlic crust.

Ordered through the app for delivery. Waited about 1 hr 10 min, didn’t receive anything, so I called for status. They claimed they got slammed, apologized, and then through the last part of my sentence I was trying communicate with the manager, the manager just hung up n me. Interrupted me to say it’s on its way, but then hung up n me. Oh yeah, and my history of the order was no longer on the app and my rewards were gone. My pizza finally arrived 1 1/2 hrs later, almost cold. Barely even warm. I highly recommend against ordering from them as I will never order again from that location. I’m deleting my app and am done for good after that experience. How do you select 0 stars, because that’s what I would input if I could.

Last time I went, I ordered on the app, was told a range of when it would be ready, it wasn't. I was told another 30 minutes, so I came back 35 minutes and it wasn't ready, so I waited another 45 minutes to get my order. A full hour and a half after the original time I was told it would be ready.

Generally good pizza. Usually quick. Love the thin crust but I don't think you can get it in medium and all the good deals and coupons are for medium pies. Super close to home.

Had a terrible experience with this location last night. Apparently they do not have their own drivers to deliver orders. They farm out the deliveries to Door Dash and we learned the hard way that there’s a good chance you’ll never see your order delivered.Placed my order at 8:45pm on a Wednesday night, didn’t figure things would be very busy or take more than a reasonable amount of time for delivery. I was very much looking forward to trying the new Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust pizza. By 10:15pm there was still no delivery, the tracker didn’t show that the pizza was coming. The ETA just kept moving further into the night. I called the store. The manger was friendly, she listened and apologized but ultimately explained that the Door Dasher may have just stolen the order and it would likely not get delivered. She said it was just the unfortunate part of using Door Dash. I had her cancel my order and issue a refund. Then, after we got dinner elsewhere, I got a text from the Door Dash driver at 11:15pm. The text read “Hey man, I don't think they have your food because I've been waiting here forever for it. So I understand if you choose to cancel.” Now I’m just further confused about what actually happened…I don’t like using third party delivery services for this very reason. I order from Papa John’s, Domino’s, and Jimmy John’s because they generally do their own deliveries with their trained and trusted employees. But now it appears we’ll need to avoid delivery from Papa John’s. Still disappointed the next day. Please do better.

After repeated bad experiences and long boycott, I gave them another chance tonight. Attitude Brad, who clearly hates his job, claiming to be the general manager, refused me service because I had the audacity to pay with a $100 bill. He admitted that he had change but said he's the boss and that's his policy. I'm your neighbor across the street, just giving the company another chance, but I guess PJs is too successful for my cash.

This location uses DoorDash drivers to deliver your food. They are giving your unsealed boxes of food to random, unaccountable drivers. You cannot give feedback on the drivers, and the location can do nothing if the Driver messes up your order. Ask me how I know. They have no comment regarding food safety after having given your food to these people in unsealed containers. Even actual DoorDash doesn't do this.

Been stopping here now and then for a few years. Staff has been consistently friendly, polite, and prompt. I'll keep coming back.

Papa bowls are not worth the $10 they charge. I can get better at dominos

The pizza was not bad , however they added guilty tipping credit card system in the store which was new , I do understand tipping is required when pizza delivery to your house , but for to go , do the cashier really deserve and same base 15 to 20 percentage as their drivers or they just doing their job ,Yes I understand it is still optional that is why I used the name guilt tipping system .

Probably the best pizza ? in this area I love the butter and pepper that always comes inside for free no need to pay extra like other pizza places
