My family was pretty disappointed today and we made a special trip out here as there's not many locations left. The 2 employees were speaking to eachother in Spanish the entire time they took our order. First, they completely forgot the meat! Then they bagged everything up before asking what veggies we wanted on our subs. I brought this up and asked for the veggies I wanted and the employee then put the wrong ones on my food. At this point we gave up. Ironically, my daughter really wanted the Subway RIGHT next door, but I convinced her Quiznos was better...we won't choose wrong again. How you forget to put the meat on a sandwich when you're standing face to face with a person is beyond me. My daughter was not pleased with a slice of cheese on a piece of bread.

I ordered a sandwich and soup and a drink priced at $15.75 I ordered to dine in. I was told by Pablo after paying, we need you to hurry so we can close in 5 minutes and I will ask you to leave,so I asked him for a sack. He bagged my soup i asked for 2 extra crackers for my soup he declined and said it only comes with 1 thats all! I offered to pay for the 2 extra crackers he declined my offer again and said it only comes with 1 cracker.He was very rude i asked for the manager and was told by another employee she isn't here at the moment. I was treated very poorly over 2 crackers for my soup,the whole meal was very overpriced and i ended up with stomach issues from the fermented rasberry lemonade.Avoid this place at all costs High Prices and Terrible Service and Fermented Rasberry Lemonade!!

They're always so great and helpful at this location. Still one of my favorite sandwich spots. I suggest the Chicken Carbonara with mushrooms on wheat!

I have not been to Quiznos in a long time. This was an unexpected find in North Salt Lake.My sister and I stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the great tasting sandwiches.I believe the location is owned and ran by the same family. The mother and her son were very nice and did everything they could in their power to make our experience great.There was only three people working and someone actually waiting to be interviewed. There was a lunch rush that came in and the three employees busted their butts to get the food orders completed quickly and correct.All through this rush I saw the employees still greeting customers with a smile and never losing their cool.The only negative thing I noticed was the Men's restroom. That thing looked like it was straight out of a horror movie.If you are taking out this the place to go for your Quiznos fix. If you stay I would avoid the bathroom.

Love this place, but it's never open when I get off work. They pretty much only serve lunch now. I sometimes make it on Sat, but they have even shorter hours on Saturdays. I'm not sure what happened to Quiznos, but it would be great if they were just a normal fast food restaurant again. I came today, it's 6pm (dinner time and they're closed) They closed at 5pm today. :(

Loved the Classic Italian sandwich at Quiznos! Had them make it the way it is on the menu. The dressing is a bit messy. Great flavor. Impressed by the service. Only 2 workers handling the lunch crowd, and they did a great job keeping up. Worth going to for a quick sandwich!
