I hardly go to Starbucks yet the one time I do I get my drink order completely wrong. Order an Iced banana cream protein matcha and got a grande Americano instead. I even looked at the barista confused since I was positive I didn’t order it yet was in a hurry to go back to correct it. Let’s just say this will make me not want to go back since it ruined my day.

Don’t try to go get your birthday drink at this location! My Niece went in today for her birthday, even though she’s been an app member for 2 years, they told her she couldn’t redeem her birthday drink because she hasn’t been recently active??
Any other place that I have used has never had that requirement, how rude. Even if that was the case, you don’t have to be rude about it. She’s just a teen.

I always have such a positive experience at this Starbucks location. The food is great, the service is outstanding, and the staff is top quality. Life has been challenging lately as I go through a divorce, losing my home I loved, while caring for my elderly parents, my sister who is disabled and bedridden, and my 18-year-old senior dog. With so much on my plate, it means the world to start my mornings here. A friendly smile, delicious food, and kind people truly set the tone for my day and give me the energy to care for my family and keep going.
A special thank you to Lindsay—she is a bright spot in my mornings and makes it easy to find my smile in hard times and on hard days.

I frequent this SB in North Salt Lake and have ever since it opened. This is a review of that location only. The staff is amazing, friendly and from the “old school” Starbucks, the way the company intended each location to be - a hangout, a friendly place to visit They’ve gotten to know me by name. Coffee is, of course, great, but what gets 5 stars is the staff. Thank you, Jessie, for your leadership at my new favorite location. The 3 stars for the food is just the way it is. Nothing anyone can do about it as it’s shipped frozen from corporate location. I love the new CEO wanting to bring the spirit of Starbucks back. THANK YOU.

Ive ordered via the app and drive thru for a few months now and I've never had to wait long and I've never had any issues, not to mention the staff is always very welcoming. A hot drink and nice service in a reasonable wait makes this place one of the better starbucks in the area. Love it
