It's subway: the sandwiches are good, just wish they had more options. Food was made quick and they take specific instructions, ie: certain toppings on only half the sandwich

Ordered the meal of the day which with meatball sandwich and I ordered two of the same thing and ended up with two footlong . They need to learn to listen and take the order right.

We just went to the Foxboro subway at 8:50 pm and the Colombian girl didn't want to serve us. It seems disrespectful to me to be running to catch up because they close at 9 pm. Terrible service if it is at 9 pm that they close then why don't they serve until that time, in the same way the previous time we went the service was terrible?

The subway app sucks. I ordered food online and tried to call the store because the store was 20 minutes away. I wanted to cancel. I called 16 times within the hour and no answer. Finally on my 17th try they answered. The employee proceeded to tell me that they can't cancel my order. So when I was able to pick it up I went and as I got there they told me they canceled it. I was annoyed because they said they can't. I give them a 1 star for this. However the manager is a nice guy and gave us the sandwiches. So I am giving them a 2 for that. Just the inconvenience of the app vs location made this a difficult purchase. I will not be using the app again.

I don’t understand how you hire people that don’t speak any English to make sandwiches. How am I supposed to tell them what I want to eat, can’t make this up. When I finally was able to use google translate and get the employee to understand how to make my salad he doesn’t put and lettuce on my salad.

Great Cheesesteak sub today. Very fresh done to perfection. Place was clean and had friendly staff. Very busy at lunch, yet the staff worked as a finely tuned machine. Keep up the good work.
