Pathetic service, they yell at you through the drive-thru saying you have to wait because they're short-staffed. This is the second time I've been here and had a bad experience.

Lied and said the system was down, said we couldn't go inside either, and gave us no other option. We ordered online anyways and sure enough, got our food. The guys in the back were doing nothing, there was just one woman doing everything. Other times they get our order wrong too. I like wendys food, but the management is lacking.

We had some time to kill before our next activity and the staff were wonderful, they chatted with our kids and got them stuff to color while we waited after we ate. They were so welcoming and accommodating of us. Would highly recommend.
