Went through drive through to order a $1 drink which was advertised on sign in front of restaurant. Was told that offer expired and they would have to charge me the much higher price. Asked if they could honor the $1 price since they were still advertising it - manager said no. Wow, great customer service!(not). Think of the good will they lost with their customer for such a small cost to them.

I actually ordered my food via instacart/GrubHub. I had to go into the store due to missing items, (and the delivery girl dumped my Dr Pepper all over my stairs) the 2 gentlemen that helped me at Wendy's were so polite and helped me get what was missing AND threw in a pineapple vanilla frosty 🤤
