We came here after hiking to in the Uintahs. I used to come here while building the Newport School down the street too so I wanted to show the fam what Oakley was like. This place has that scout camp back woods smell to it, brings back lots of good memories. The shakes are where it’s at, just old fashioned good. The food is ok but the ice cream is why we come back. We also had a family of deer come and watch us while we ate, they were just right outside the window. The inside is big and comfortable too, service was fast.

Stopped here with 15 hungry teenage boys after a backpacking trip in the Uintah Mountains. Spent north of $200 but found it to be worth every dime. They turned around our food in surprisingly quick time and got our huge order right. Lots of seating and delicious food.

Burgers are pretty good, a little expensive though. Fries are fine. Milk shakes are over priced and basically just soft serve. Go to Wendy's and get the same thing for half the price. I will never understanding places that serve milkshakes with a spoon, if I wanted to eat ice cream I would have ordered it. I know this is common, I just never cease to be surprised by it.

What a super cool place!! We had a mid afternoon milk shake, had the raspberry, very delicious. We always need fries and a corn dog to go with the shake. Great place, great food. Will return. I didn’t get a photo of the place because it was raining when we left. Go get a delicious shake. Update.., went again before leaving town. Got a photo. Great place!
